The hotel.was well staffed and very clean! The staff was kind and helpful. Very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and seem to be brand new.

Everything was alright except the problems with card and the intimidating manager who was about to push the malfunction of the machines on me and about too portray me as problem I felt an air off tension the racist behavior towards me with this Becky attitude was disturbing I am a regular here and too be mistreated and then disrespected like I am not a paying patrient I stay at times for weeks.

This feels like a hybrid hotel/apartment complex, which it apparently is, because it appears some people live there medium-or long-term given people with signs on their doors saying that they have dogs or cats. It is set in a very woodsy office park setting with walking/running trails around it (in the woods and by the Merrimack River) which made it quite nice. The outdoor firepit, full breakfast and fitness center were nice amenities. We enjoyed having an actual suite like a small 1 BR apartment with a kitchenette and couch in the living room that pulled out into a second bed. We'll definitely stay here again. At about $270 a night it was expensive but it seems the price of all chain hotels and motels has skyrocketed since covid.

Just because you played a very discounted rate does not mean you should get the oldest dirtiest broken down smelly room in the whole hotel for a non-smoking room it was extremely smelly and I have an allergy to it so the whole next day I was not feeling well from the smoke annoying my allergies I just feel that just because I paid a really good discount through booking.com that they just threw me in a room that was completely unacceptable I’m very disappointed and I’m actually very angry they did not give me my $70 back it’s the right thing to do when you find bugs in the bed

The toilet didn’t want to flush, they didn’t even change the bed sheets. Coffee spills was all over it, the room smelled. They didn’t bring us towels. Things was broken in the room. The T.V barley had channels in it. It didn’t even had the news. This was ridiculous. Never again

There are so many drugs and so many drug addicts around this area it is not safe to bring children nor is it safe to raise a family or walk down the street
