Friendly staff. Double queen rooms are small but nice and were clean. The free breakfast was incredible. We were expecting juice/coffee, cereal, pastries/bagels. It was a full breakfast spread and everything was very good.

Location is next to a petrol station and a grocery shopping which is good for traveller's. There is also a family restaurant close by but was too tired to try, Toilet and shower looked cleaned but after seeing bed bug and blood stained on sheets, i just did not trust the cleanliness and have to disinfect toilets, door handles, etc by myself. Bed was comfortable after i have taken off the sheets with blood stain and put on two clean flat sheets on it. Mike, was helpful and apologetic. He gave me my request of fresh clean sheets and pillow cases so i can put 3 pillow cases on the dirty disgusting pillows.

We wanted to go to Devil's Head State Beach.
We wanted to go to Devil's Head State Beach. We went on a Saturday around 1PM and it was a 1 hour wait to get into the park as traffic was horrible. When we got to purchase tickets to enter the park there was no available parking so we didn't get to see the beach. If you want to go to the park, be sure to go early before 10AM or you're out of luck. We went to Wisconsin Dells for a Duck ride after that and it was fun. Went to a lovely restaurant in Merrimac called Ishnala's. Costly but well worth the money.
