The heat didn’t work. I was charged iver $300 for a 2 night stay. I was lied to by a lady who works at the front desk who another lady told me was new and never should’ve told me that I questioned my bill and they told me they charge me an extra $50 for incidentals but that money would come off after I left the money never came off, and they actually charged me even more money, when I called to ask them about it, they literally told me call booking.com. It’s their problem not mine I never have problems with hotels as I keep myself and never complain the toilet flushed, but you had to put all your pressure down on it to flush it I dropped some thing and it rolled under the sink and I found about 10 things under there so obviously it’s never cleaned , the TV in the living room didn’t work. I have no idea if the heat work because the thermostat is from the 70s and I never heard anything kick on for the most part. The staff was nice but when you question anything they make you feel like the person who’s wrong and I felt gaslighted .

Very clean and comfortable. Exceptional value. We stayed in a suite. It even had a stove top, full refrigerator, and good tasting in room coffee!

I was there for a equestrian event at Otter Creek and didn't want to stay at the barns. Super 8 was perfect. Menomonie has a lot of restaurants available but I really don't know about anything else available.

We like that Menomonie is close to home and also far enough away for a 1 night stay. We like that there is basic shopping spots like Fleet Farm and Walmart. Our favorite spot to eat is the Log Jam. The service is good and quick along with their great food. The nachos are a must!

Easy town to navigate. We were there for a UW Stout tour. The Log Jam is an excellent place to eat. The Hampton Inn is a great hotel. We noticed the beautiful baseball and softball field, the parks look well kept.

Nice chgs/lots of good memories also of this town. Both having attended Stout University it was interesting to see how much had chgd on campus. Great place.
It was so clean! We were there to attend our daughters wedding and brought our entire family from Seattle. We rented both the upstairs and the downstairs. There was room for everyone, kids and grandkids. Having a kitchen that opened up to the living room was great and the patio outside was a nice place to escape as well as the front porch. The bathtub in the master bedroom was my saving grace a few times. We really loved this space. The location is on a quiet little street within walking distance to downtown Menomonie.
Exceeded expectations on all aspects. Room and facilities very clean. Comfortable beds. Location very good. Right off interstate and next to uncrowded paved trail. Great for walking our dogs. Also very dog friendly and no pet fee. Staff very friendly. Best budget motel experience we've ever had. Great value and very satisfied.
a lovely restoration of a Victorian home, a fabulous breakfast, and a delightful hostess. The living room was a comfortable place to sit and finish reading my book. so much more pleasant than a hotel!
The front counter staff was very friendly - they tried to accommodate the best they could on a very busy weekend. Pool and hot tub were a nice bonus after a busy day.
