The location was right beside the Mall of America. It's very new, modern and clean. Excellent breakfast. I liked how there were lots of stations: cereal, bread and muffin, beverages, fruit and yogurt, hot items, etc.

The property had free breakfast with many options. They also host a free happy hour every night from 5:30-7 which was nice and unique. They also offer a delicious restaurant on site which had great food. The bar is also open late which was nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Situated in Saint Paul, 12 km from TCF Bank Stadium, SpringHill Suites St. Paul Downtown features accommodation with a shared lounge, private parking and a bar.
The breakfast was great. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was a very questionable spot on the carpet next to one of the beds and a twig under the bed. The pool was good for the first night but down the other two nights. The hot tub was down the whole time. The most frustrating part was the shuttle to the Mall of America. We discussed it at check in. Friday it took us to the mall, Friday night we had to wait over half an hour for it to pick us back up. Saturday morning we were told the shuttle didn’t go to the Mall on the weekends so we had to take an Uber both ways. I should have stayed at any of the other hotel options in the area.

I was in town for a funeral in St.
I was in town for a funeral in St. Paul, and to see family in Apple Valley, MN. Mendota Heights proximity to those locations and to the airport made it the most convenient. If you are driving, its proximity to I-494 and I-35E is another plus.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I will definitely be back. The hotel employee Keara was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was very clean and modern. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
breakfast coffee cafe was good .... not great but what can you do with pre made food items and coffee was pretty good plus the service from shuttle service drivers and cafe servers was very helpful and with a smile so I'd recommend this hotel
Felt like the facility charged similar rates to hotels in the area but the parking lot was horrible and the facility was old and a little unkept. We didn’t once have maid service. Not even to take our garbage out.
I needed a hotel close to the airport, and the hotel is just a few minutes away.
There was someone at the reception when I checked in late, and checked out early.
The room had a kitchen, but I didn't use it.
