Room was nice. Wooden floor and clean. Bed and bathroom was clean.
Loved Diane the desk clerk. Very helpful with a great sense of humor. Safe location outside of the ST. Louis area which is what we were looking for as this was a halfway stop on our way to Kentucky. Hot breakfast options (2 kinds of eggs, waffles, sasauge,potatoes) Yummy. Many cold options available too. Rooms clean and comfortable. Low Water pressure not a show stopper but could be improved. Laundry facilities available as well as pool and fitness area. Did not use any of these. Located just off the interstate with just a Domino Pizza near the hotel. Two towns within 8 miles of hotel have dining options requiring travel.

I was in the area to visit family.
I was in the area to visit family. This location is convenient. A different place had been my go-to for several years but they have been going downhill so I thought I'd try something else. I chose the BW in Mascoutah because of the ratings and the fact that I was offered a good deal through Booking.com. This hotel is very clean and modern. The pool was decent. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel. They are remodeling but I’m not sure why because it’s a really nice hotel. The rooms are very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. A truly great experience. Breakfast was really good with a lot of options.

Its a small quite town.
Its a small quite town. Most of the visitors I think are the family of the military - air force base. We didn't visit any attractions (if there is) in Mascoutah but instead we visited St Louis area.

We checked in after 10 pm. Staff was great with giving directions to our room etc. We found the room to be comfortable and clean. We could hear the folks next door talking etc which kind of surprised me. We were glad they weren’t yellers or fighters! 😳. Beds were really comfortable and staying longer then one night would definitely have been doable.
Hotel overall was exceptionally clean. Newly remodeled. Felt safe. Comfy beds. Location. Great breakfast options. Parking. Iron, ironing board hair dryer, microwave, tea and coffee k cups, in-room coffee maker, mini fridge. Indoor pool. Gym. Laundry facility. Booked literally last minute after 16hrs of driving and the receptionist who checked us in at 1am was amazing! The lady staff who was serving breakfast was so polite and kind.
Location was perfect for us. It was a stopover for a cross country trip. This hotel was easy on/off the highway. It was close to restaurants; and the breakfast was hot, delicious and filling! The staff was the PREMIER ASSET to this hotel. From the front desk clerk who treated us like we were VIP guests, to the steward managing the breakfast bar with such obvious pride! We will definitely stay here again!!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with my booking through booking.com where the hotel thought I was arriving a day earlier than I booked, even though my confirmation from booking.com showed my correct dates. They were still able to accommodate my reservations but in a queen room vice the king room I had originally booked. It worked out well in the end. Place is nice and quiet.
This hotel is very clean, the staff is courteous and efficient, rooms are larger than in other places, location is convenient.
This was my third multi-day trip to this hotel. After my first stay, it had become my new go-to place to stay when I am in the Metro East, which is several times a year.
The hotel itself was very clean everywhere, including room and bathroom. Provided refrigerator, microwave, and Kcup coffee maker in room. Also plenty of towels in bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. We would stay again.
The free breakfast was a nice experience each morning and the location was convenient. The hotel staff was very pleasant and very helpful when needed. Hotel overall was clean and seemed to be well maintained.
