This has been the best motel we've stayed in ..... weve travelled a lot... and on this trip we've stayed in 6 altogether.
When we arrived they let us check in early.... and I'm sure they upgraded us for free too as I'd only booked the basic room for 3 nights ... but it was beautiful with fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable. .. the room was spotless and the pool/ and pool area was absolutely beautiful.
We were sad to leave and if we come back to Tucson will definitely be coming back here.
Handy for places to eat , we really loved the Mexican city restaurant just a 5 minute walk from here.... and handy for groceries etc too.

As I said in the first part of this review, the communications between the front desk and housekeeping was poor. This is a "Customize" your room cleaning hotel. When I asked for fresh towels and garbage to be removed, the front desk wrote it down confirming my request. When I returned that evening nothing had been done. I had to take my own garbage out and dump it. Because I had eaten in my room the prior evening, I had food related garbage that I did not want in the room - avoid rodents. And I ended up going without the extra washcloth and fresh towel I needed by the end of my 5th day in the hotel. Stay was not cheap. So I was surprised by this lack of attention to detail. They should have realized I was a longer term stay and paid better attention.

We loved almost everything: starting from a very nice room and pet friendly policy, the service (patience, politeness, always ready to inform and help), the facility: the building, the resort with many paths for walks also with dogs. The both pools are very nice. Good bikes available for rides around the area.
Fairly new, modern hotel. Great location just off the highway for visiting the desert museum and Saguaro National Park. Large room, super clean. Very good buffet breakfast. Plenty of on site parking. Lots of restaurants and shops within a short drive.
