The front desk people were amazing - especially Zack, so helpful :) Open parking, great walking distance to beach, loved the deli next door. We appreciated the outdoor shower after our beach day, use of beach chairs. Loved the breakfast treats at the office too! Away from it all, yet close enough to ride your bikes everywhere in middle of BH.

I changed reservations and stayed at the Blue Creek Inn in nearby Waretown. It was much cheaper. I booked it through Booking.com. I thought that the Holiday Inn was cancelled when I booked Blue Creek Inn. I was in the area for a funeral - My oldest friend. Please you have to help me with this! I am a long time booking.com customer! I need a credit or refund or something.I did not stay there! I cannot pay for a stay that I didn't take! I am grieving for my oldest friend and can't afford to pay for this hotel stay I did not take. I thought the Blue Creek would cancel the Holiday In Reservation due to same time etc.
