Staff were professional and helpful. Breakfast was very good, but felt borderline sparse. But the eggs and potatoes made up for it. They were above average! Location was in a quiet area, surrounded by nice trees. There was lot of parking. I didn't see or hear another person on my hall, though I was there mid-week which could be the reason.

For what we needed the room for, this was a great place. Close to family that we were visiting and very economical. The room was huge, which was great! Breakfast included was an added bonus and it met our needs. Wished the room was a bit in better shape but we would stay here again.
The breakfast was quite good. There's something for everyone- eggs, cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bread/toast, bacon or pork sausages, and my personal faves- a mini waffle maker and fruit. There are 3 types of juice, water, tea and coffee, and the staff there (and throughout the hotel, really) are phenomenal. Also, there are various restaurants within walking distance, including Starbucks, Panera Bread, Jersey Mike's, Five Guys and a pizza shop.
Bass Manor is a meticulously detailed, traditional bed and breakfast in Ballston Spa/Malta, just minutes from Saratoga Springs and it’s historic track/city.
The combination of the woodwork, room appointments, and cleanliness was a lovely 2 days of luxury.

The pool was dirty, the hot tub was not working, the bathtub was old and dirty. The staff was kind and offered us to shower in a different room.. The breakfast was great. Staff was extremely kind! Will not return to this hotel because the cleanliness is extremely important to us.
From the professionalism and friendliness of the front desk hosts, to the kindness and outgoing kitchen and cleaning services staff, the Fairfield Inn and suites in Malta N.Y. Is the ONLY place we will stay when visiting Saratoga N.Y. Excellent job to all.
Bar area is very small and uninviting but we took drinks to the room and that worked just fine. Breakfast had a lot of variety for a hotel breakfast. The room had a sitting area which was great for 2 parents to sit in while the kids are falling asleep.
The breakfast was great, the location and ease of getting there was great, the hotel and a specially the hotel room was far more than expected. It was a short drive to our concert at Spac and will diffently will recommend to friends and family…
