Lake George is a beautiful family friendly place to visit.
Lake George is a beautiful family friendly place to visit. There are lots of stores and restaurants to choose from, you will not be disappointed! Your right near the Great Escape Amusement Park which open until the end of the evening then closed for the winter months. There are plenty of stores, shops and sites to see and trails to walk, you will never be bored nor would your children if you are bring them along with you.

I loved the many restaurants.
I loved the many restaurants. Many did not update their websites to say they were closed. Even with less people parking was hard to find . Be prepared for a lot of walking . Happy that Giuseppe delivered. Biscotti brothers had an awesome menu and a parking lot.

Lake George is a beautiful, friendly village with lots of tourist attractions: restaurants, beach area, parks for picnics, outlet shopping and access to amazing roads through the Adirondack mountains.
Friendly staff. Large rooms. Love the pool. Nice location near the village but a lot more quiet which was peaceful when we sat on either near the pool or in our rocking chairs on the porch. BBQ available for those who wanna cook.
Did not like to have to go to the kitchen to make our coffee every morning but at least the kitchen was well maintained . Only had a shower in our room and would have appreciated a bath tub. Well worth the price for a nice stay in lake George.
I want to express my gratitude to the manager "sonny" who went above and beyond when a booking site overbooked this hotel. He took the time to call me back when a cancelation came in and booked room. We would have had to sleep in car if he hadn't taken the time to call even after I was quite angry and abrupt with him.. Best experience I had ever and will always look to book this chain for now on. Thank you Sonny for caring.
They say that the vacation makes the trip, but the owners, Felix and Diana, made our stay amazing. They were friendly and made us feel right at home. It felt more like staying with family then staying at a motel. They helped with knowing the area and the place exceeded our expectations. Will stay there again in a heartbeat, and will advise all who want a great place in Lake George to do so as well.
The pool was immaculate, the spaces created outside for relaxing were beautiful (cafe lights, cornhole, grills, fire pits). We got a suite so that we could have a kitchenette and that was definitely worth paying extra for! Not a bad walk into Lake George downtown area! In the suite there are a lot of homey touches and nice decor that made it feel welcoming and less institutional like other hotels.
Great room in a wonderful hotel. Had a one night stay during a motorcycle trip. Everything was new and clean in my room. The room also had everything that was mentioned on the site. The staff was very nice during my stay. The breakfast had plenty of items to chose from, it was really a full breakfast buffet. I recommend this hotel if you need a stay in that region. Thanks for the stay!
Very friendly staff, conveniently located between Lake George and Glens Falls, quiet and comfortable room, well-organized breakfast, very well-maintained property with clean pool area and nice sitting area with gas campfire, lots of parking, indoor/outdoor pool and gym. Air conditioning worked well and was relatively quiet compared to most hotels.
Best hotel, great location, staff was absolutely excellent. They really care about guest experience and went above and beyond every place I’ve ever stayed. And I worked for American Express travel for 12 years so I know! I recommend this resort to anyone thinking where to stay in at Lake George.
Nice place. Good location. Indoor and outdoor pool was a great amenity. We had booked a weekend in lake George a month ago but were unable to go because of an illness in the family. Unfortunately our booking was non refundable. So this time it was great to find this hotel that did offer refunds.
The room was spacious and inviting. There was a lovely view of the hotel's pool and grounds with a fountain that was lit up at night. Beyond the hotel property was a beautiful view of Lake George. The historic fort on the property was a bonus.
Location was perfect for visiting Lake George
Staff were absolutely wonderful. The man came and checked I'd found the heater and was happy to help when I locked myself out my room
great location. everything at Lake George Village was within walking distance from the hotel. Fort William Henry and the boat Cruise was the furthest walk, about 10 mins.
