Good hot breakfast, turkey and pork sausage but sadly no bacon. But overall great. Queen suite with 2 queen beds and a pullout. Front desk had to give us linens for pullout.

When I saw online that this hotel had free breakfast included that helped me in making my decision as to which hotel I was planning on staying, but when I saw their ideal of free breakfast was a granola bar and apple juice, I definitely would NOT have stayed here. Also, the rooms were so outdated and and uncomfortable. Bathtub had so many cigarette burns around the edge that the sanitary issue there kept me from even taking a shower. And the best thing of all, the door to my room wouldn't lock from the outside! Didn't know this until I returned from being out and coming back to a room that the door didn't even lock in the first place! Told management, all he said was "Well I thought they had fixed that?"
The property was unsafe, people sleeping in their car right...
The property was unsafe, people sleeping in their car right outside my room. The non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes. They refunded my room and I went to another hotel after midnight and a long day of driving.
The property was extremely clean and well kept. Rooms were also very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was traveling with my sisters and their family and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Was also pet friendly for my sisters large dogs. There were also plenty of fast food options for a quick meal very close by. There was also a free breakfast in the morning. the kids loved making their own waffles.
I loved walking into a hotel that smelled good as soon as we walked in. Wasn’t a strong chemical smell for once. It was a refreshing smell. The desk hostess was very nice. He managed the phone constantly ringing while trying to check guests in maintaining professionalism. Would be nice to see him have some help on a Saturday night. The beds were comfortable. I slept well.
We have stayed at several hotels/motels in the eastern Tennessee area and none compare to this location, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the breakfast is always good, the property is clean. Whether visiting or just passing thru the Knoxville we go out of our way to book this location.
The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was conveniently located.
