Staff was extremely accommodating. From check in to check out. Great stay on our ride south. Easy to find, convenient, clean and very hospitable. Breakfast was nice and biscuits were fresh and tender with delicious gravy.

I carefully read reviews of all of the hotels in this area and having seen the reviews for Holiday Inn Express, I booked. Totally exceeded my expectations in every way. Immaculately clean room, hot shower, great breakfast and amazing staff. Great value for the money.- highly recommend.

night Clerk was a very nice young man and
thought since we did not get there until after midnight that the Manager would probably refund the pet fee of $150 for my 10 lb dog who wasn’t there long enough to that fee what a rip and she was super rude when I asked her if she could refund part or all the fee. I booked a 2 queen bed room and got one double bed and my Sister and I had to share pretty small for 2 people

I really enjoyed this hotel and the staff was exceptional
Wonderful, quaint, and charming! We visited Little Elm for the Harry Potter Forbidden Forrest Experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Little Elm is outside of the hustle and bustle of Dallas, but still close enough for day trips into the city. The town has everything you could need for things you would want to do and may need on your trip. We also made the last-minute decision to visit the National Video Game museum that was close by and that was a hit. The older gaming systems and the level of interaction that was allowed was a great experience. We stayed at he Ramada at Little Elm and it was beautifully decorated and in a central location. We would stay there again.

Little Elm only had 1 hotel, no real breakfast. The restaurant they mentioned wasn't more than just a cocktail lounge at best. What they had was frozen and just re-warmed up. A lot of construction in front of hotel and getting into its parking lot was very awkward. the city portion we stayed appeared to be more of a nightclub atmosphere. Only went there for an event, wouldn't go back again.
