The location was perfect. We had an event at Tyler State Park. The hotel was about 15 minutes away.

Terrible staff, stained towels, pee stains in the floor by the toilet, terrible staff, disgusting smell in the bathroom
First room smelled like raw sewage. Second room circulating fan vibrated, no way to turn it off. Faucet was loose, had never been tightened underneath. Was moved to a larger room because of first room bad smell. Was charged $50 for the upgrade even though this was a staff decision.

There was nothing to complain about. Our room was sufficient for an overnight stay. The price was good, especially since it was the weekend for Canton Trade Days. The distance to Canton was about a 20-30 minute. The front desk staff was very friendly!
Safe area of E Texas, easy to get to Lindale restaurants, not crowded when we were there. Pool is nice. Room comfortable. Glad to see this property back in operation, it was closed for a while. They complied with our request for an easily accessible room.
Loved EVERYTHING!!! Comfort, no waffles, no prob!! The comfort of the bed, the quiet off the beaten path and cleanliness = 100% Happy!! You won’t be disappointed if you’re looking for clean, quiet and comfort! Bravo to Spring Hill Suites in Lindale!👍
