I was very disappointed. For the price i expected more than a dormitory size room with little to no amenities. The last time I visited Wilmington and stayed on the water the hotel was very nice. I felt crowded.

Breakfast was great. Staff worked really hard to keep clean and stocked.
Everything. The size of the room and the amenities. We had a refridgerator which was great. Coffee in room was great. The breakfast choices were incredible and delicious. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. The only reason why I gave 4 stars for check in was because our room wasn’t ready on time. We had to wait approximately half an hour, but it was fine. We kept ourselves busy reading in the lobby. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
We stayed here while moving items to storage and meeting with our builder and expect we will be back again. The rooms are sizeable, they have an indoor pool and the hotel it is fairly modern (nice lobby). The location is great, right off Ocean Parkway/17. The staff, although very busy at times was very pleasant and tried to be helpful, including the young man assisting the housekeeping and grabbing towels for us in the hallway. He was eager to please!
Breakfast was great - lots of variety. Front desk personnel were extremely helpful and very friendly. Room size was perfect for our needs. We got a room where we wanted based on our desires and the hotel's constraints.
Breakfast choices good and not exactly the same every day. Location convenient for Wilmington, Bolivia; about 40 minutes to beaches. Indoor pool, saltwater. Comfortable bed. Pet- friendly.
The breakfast was very good a lot of selections better than any other hotel I stayed at . Lots of parking for your guests front desk staff were very helpful.
