The property is very clean, close to restaurants and shopping, not far from downtown and local events and very convenient to all local areas. The rooms are very clean and the layout of the hotel is very comfortable. The floorplan was very important to me and my service dog as I am 100% disabled. Also, the swimming pool is very accessible. The establishment did not have the fountain running outside at this time, but I have stayed here several times and it is beautiful when they are running the fountain with the lights. I have never taken this much time for a review and recommend this establishment to family and friends.

For the price it was decent. The room was clean and there’s free WiFi. The bed was comfortable also. It’s a decent room for the price you pay. Also, there’s apparently a $100 deposit, which isn’t clearly stated anywhere when you make a reservation. But they let me do a $25 deposit instead since I didn’t have an extra $100. So that was nice.

I would especially like to commend the woman in the breakfast area, who was extremely pleasant, very helpful in making waffles, and kept the room very clean. I’m sorry I didn’t ask her name, but she started my day off just right.

Absolute worst hotel ever stayed at. Sheets were dirty, hair in the blankets and the entire room smelled like an ash tray! We asked to get our money back because we could not stay there and they would not refund us awful experience!!!

I had a very difficult time finding the hotel but once there, I loved the bed and plenty of pillows and the thick bedspread. This is the first time I can remember that I didn't have to ask for a blanket. Everything in my room was spotless and new looking. I didn't actually leave the hotel because I didn't want to leave my cat. I'm sure the trip was quite stressful for her, since she was staying in a large carrier in a strange place, so I very much appreciated the microwave and fridge.

The facilities and parking at Venetian Gardens and Beach were great. A little water standing in the grass parking area due to rain. It might could be addressed with some added fill material/dirt in the low spots. Very good lighting around the boat ramp and sidewalks!!
Staff present to assist with parking in the early morning were very helpful!! Overall a very good location and experience!!!

I previously submitted a review of the Hampton Inn in Leesburg but got it mixed up with another hotel we stayed in while on our vacation. So I'd like to correct what I wrote about the breakfast. It was a fantastic breakfast with hot and cold foods,
and had a great variety to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the breakfast every morning.

I was visiting my daughter who is a student at Beacon College. Leesburg is very relaxed. It could use a few more activities such as more music venues, more diverse restaurants, and more family friendly activities (i.e. miniature golf or amusement venues, etc.) Also more cost effective options for transportation choices from /to the Orlando Airport. I often pay more to get from Orlando to Leesburg than I do from Atlanta to Orlando. More airport shuttles that charge a reasonable fee are very much needed.
Excellent views, very clean, interior is dated but the owners tell a little history of that which I found interesting. Excellent shower pressure and hot water.
If you appreciate that it was great. Something you rarely get at a hotel.
Big home very roomy. Real books to read too. Not flimsy magazines with latest Hollywood gossip.

What a wonderful staff at this place! The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We got there running late for a wedding we were attending, and the hotel staff was so nice. The front desk clerk got out his cell phone and found the location of the church and gave us directions. So friendly and eager to help. Just a wonderful experience!
I loved Hampton. I am just not happy with the Booking dropped the ball on our booking. We had to wait in the lobby of the hotel until 10:30 pm while for booking. Com to straighten out our reservation. We won’t be using booking. Com in the future. I was there for my mother’s funeral and did not need this extra stress
The worst hotel EVER! A total waste of money! The room was dirty, floor unmoved, urine stains on the side of the toilet.
Breakfast ended at 8 instead of 9am.
