Lovely building restored to a high standard and design - contemporary but in keeping with the era. The location was excellent, being close to restaurants on the main street as well as very convenient for catching the train after we left.

Quiet little village at the foot of the Catskills conveniently located near destinations (Olana, Thomas Cole House, Hudson NY, Mountain Top Arboretum in Tannersville, etc.). The Murphy's Law pub was great for drinks and a meal, and Lindsey's diner for breakfast.

If you are staying here, be sure to take a walk down to the river in back of the property, order blueberry scones at the bakery across the street, take advantage of the restaurant onsite! Although it is a shorter menu they are Excellent dishes.

Leeds is a great location to stay a few days if you are...
Leeds is a great location to stay a few days if you are sightseeing other towns. Only a 30 min drive to Woodstock, and less than 25 miles to many other cute towns in the area. Hudson is right across the bridge and a 15 minute drive. If you are looking to do things at night, Leeds is not the place for you.
