Location location location location location. The Arch right at the door stop and the baseball stadium a 5 minute walk. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The views from the room were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant attached to the hotel had outstanding staff, delicious food and mouth watering cocktails. I ate and drank here every night. Outstanding customer service from all members of staff. Starbucks inside hotel came in very handy. Gift store was also very helpful as no where else in St Loius to buy snacks from.

Excellent customer service. The microwave in our room was not working; within 15 minutes it was replaced. The pool area had no towels; reported to front desk, was immediately given towels for our family to use, within 10 minutes the pool towels were replenished.
