Breakfast was good.. this is our favorite hotel in Lansing
Downtown Lansing is my favorite place on the planet.
Downtown Lansing is my favorite place on the planet. There's nothing like the energy downtown on a Saturday night after a Lugnuts game or a Nuthouse Nuttyfest. Having the hotel and Meijer right there downtown was the perfect amenities to making an out of town trip to downtown absolutely perfect.

House keeping and cleaning facilities is planned once in a week by the hotel management which is not good especially when rooms are having kitchen and double occupancy. Room are required to be cleaned on daily basis.

Staff wasn't friendly.
Staff wasn't friendly. Other guest were not very respectful towards other guest.one guest was out of control. Fighting with her spouse. I was minding g my own business and I was startled to something hitting my room . And it was cuz this other lady guest was strung out on God only knows. She ended smashing her wind shield out of her vehicle in the parking lot. Scream stumping her feet like a anger toddler right above my room for a good half hour.and then just kept going on and on until finally the left and never did come come back that night or the next day. I had a man talk to me outside when I was out smoking a cigarette and he was sitting in his vehicle smoking weed for a good 30mins. He said hello to me and I was nice and said hello and then after that he was getting a little to friendly and personal and had the balls to ask if he could come knock on my door in a few minutes. I said no thank you I am not interested in something like he was trying and hoping for. Come to find out he has a wife and I made sure to induce myself to her. So her man hopefully didn't try to get me naked. And the toilet about falls over when u stand up off it cuz it not bolted to the floor

Amazing stay. Great view.
Amazing stay. Great view. Staff noted everything in detail in advance to be sure my friend was surprised coming in. They allowed me in early enough to set up and a free check out late at 2pm. Amazing accommodation will stay again!!

Downtown Lansing was Beautiful. Nice souvenir shops. A MUST is a visit to The Peanut Shop. They have the BEST prices and buttery flavored JUMBO Cashews in the land. They sell all types of nuts, candies and popcorn, made fresh everyday. Do yourself and your friends

Lansing is always a great place to visit and the only...
Lansing is always a great place to visit and the only complaint I had with the hotel was it was very noisy with the other guests banging and yelling early in the morning. Perhaps next time a third floor may be a little quieter than the main floor.
The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable. The beds and linen were of top quality and very clean. The bathroom was good and the tub had low sides which made it easy to get in and out. There were however no toothbrushes or toothpaste, which again for this category of hotel, we would have expected these amenities to have been provided without having had to go to the front desk and request these items.
The selling point for this location was the skywalk to the Lansing Center. The facility was clean, and my room had a great view. Since I got a good deal on the room, I opted to spend a little extra on breakfast tickets. This hotel has a restaurant on-site that opens early and stays open late. Breakfast was very good! I ordered the pancakes, and they were huge with lots of fresh berries included.
Hot breakfast - bacon, eggs, waffles etc. Way better than a lot of hotels offer any more. Staff was very friendly. Chatted with the chef as he put my breakfast together. The other helper was friendly and on top of keeping the coffee filled up. A couple of free drinks in the dining area in the early evening. Nice touch. The server was friendly. Large room and the bed was comfortable.
Friendly, kind and empathetic staff.
Proximity to my work location an advantage, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere Pronto.
Kitchenette was useful considering that there was absolutely NO restaurant nearby as advertized on website.
Double the $$ price of a super8, with nothing different to offer.
My girlfriends n I visit Lansing Ramada several times. Always welcoming and professional! Even with traveling issues on our side, your staff is patient and finds a way to accommodate us! We will be back n continue to recommend your establishment. May God continue to bless your Journey!
All hotel personnel including night clerk were very friendly and cheerful.
Breakfast was good and the area spacious.
Room was large.
Convenient location right off highway but was quiet at night
Room and hallway was clean
Location was convenient for traveling through Michigan
I loved that the property was centrally located with a great view and close to the supermarket. Noticed upon arrival we didn’t have any bedding for the pullout couch. Hotel room service was very quick about bringing us what we needed. She had even made two trips!
We have stayed in several hotels in Lansing, and this was by far the best! It was clean, staff was friendly, and there was just a good vibe among the other guests. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was really good. Honestly a great bang for your buck!
What breakfast, everything was closed, everything in the brochure, the website closed... the pool, closed, the restaurant-closed, spa, closed, lounge, closed... why is this place even open? It is a dump
It was a nice place to stay they promised us a balconey room, but when we checked in, there was a wedding, and they didn't have what was promised ,but the room was fine. Would recommend this hotel
The staff was really friendly. I’ve been in other red roof hotels and I literally feel in danger because of the people around and the appearance of the hotel. However, this one is clean and safer.
The room was very clean. A lot of things to do inside the hotel. A great bar and lounge area. Right outside the hotel there are a few restaurants and food places.
Best hotel in the area, we arrived late and reception staff was very helpful. Clean, large and comfortable room. Thanks for the late check out support.
