The breakfast was really good and what I was hoping for. My room was great and would have even been perfect if I were staying for a longer period of time. The hotel was clean and quiet. Not knowing the area I was worried about safety, but this was a quiet and safe area!

Lamp shades dirty. No linen for couch bed. I've been there before but never again. I was completely ripped off. I should been paid to stay there instead me paying comfort. I told desk clerk she just apologized. Which means nothing to me especially for $156.00 I rented that room because that's what I wanted the extra and I got nothing. I should been offer an discount I could not wait to get out of the nasty room. Terrible and filthy room

When I got to the property there was a woman with two pit bulls that she allowed to use the bathroom on the grass near the property..second the associate told me the door knob was broken but the manager was on his way to come fix it; the roof was never fixed we walked into the room and the room was not clean. There was open condoms on the floor and a sick near the door sheets on the floor and blunt /weed paper on the toilet seat. I went back in the front office and the associate told me to wait 10 minutes because he’s was getting housekeeping to clear the room immediately and we ended up waiting an hour and 7 minutes. Once we regained entry toilet still wasn’t clean and the garbage was still full! The knob was never fixed we struggled both days to open the door. Every morning all the housekeeping staff would sit inform of the rooms talking and laughing supper loud. When we were packing our bags and loading the car it was at least 5 of them that actually sat and watched us so I felt alittle uncomfortably and locked the car up and closed the door until they walked away. They don’t speak at all. I asked one lady a question and her response was”what? “ very ghetto and unprofessional!
went me and my family arrive at the hotel. a lady was arguing with the front desk. she was complaining on how bad here room was. I get there to do the check in. just to be tell. that the hotel has no availability for us. I explain to the front desk person. and he explain to me. that was none of his business, if Booking.com over sold rooms. he said that was nothing he can do about it. to be honest. the area was really bad and dirty.
The hotel doesn't offer continental breakfast (they do provide coffee in the early morning), the room is nothing spectacular (bed, TV, mini-fridge, etc.,). However, for the price and location, it is wonderful and the room truly was clean and comfortable! Never had to ask anyone to clean the room or remove the trash, either. We'll definitely stay there again!
Nice basic hotel, not near to Chicago downtown, but quite hal hour drive from it
good position on the way to east (Detroit/Niagara)
we stayed two nights with family with car, the distance was ok to reach downtown and to go back in the night

The room is not a $130 a night room more like an $80 room only because the pillow and covers were plush!!! The first room we were in the toilet leaked and the sink was stopped up yes they did switch us room but the hotel itself was trash we will never stay there again!!
blood on sheets, smoke scent in room, hole looked like a old bullet holle. I switched rooms and still the same problem wouldn’t recommend.left and decided to go with another hotel it is so much comfortable!
