I liked that the hotel is located right by the expressway, so we didn't have to do a lot of driving and searching. I also liked that the staff was kinda nice, not too friendly, but I guess they were approachable. Unfortunately, that is all that we liked.
Your site had a glitch and booked me for the wrong date. I went through customer service, and they referred me to the hotel manager. Bookling.com said they would accommodate the change. But the Manager said I needed to pay an additional $96
