The breakfast cook was wonderful, generous and so kind to us. Your hotel is clean, even though you are undergoing renovations. The beds and linens were luxurious and made us feel so welcome and pampered. Everywhere in this hotel smelled fresh and clean . This property is well- maintained inside and out.

The hotel was in the new nicest area of Birmingham, away from the city centre which is very unwelcoming and to be avoided other than to visit the civil rights institute and little else. There is a very nice shopping mall near the property (a few minutes by car) with good restaurants and shops (and it is safer than Birmingham, which isn't).
