They thought of everything, and it was a pleasure to stay here. We thoroughly enjoyed playing pool together as a family at the billiard table. As well as the Santa Express Steam Engine ride, followed by the good old-fashioned town parade in the evening. This quaint town is an absolute gem. The owner was very accommodating, responded immediately when contacted, and was easy to talk to.
This home was a win all around for us! We will definitely be returning. You will not be disappointed.

Loved the lakeview.
Loved the lakeview. Faces east, so we got the moonrise and sunrise too. Old school motel style, but the inside has obviously been renovated recently. Bathroom and kitchenette were nice. Fridge and even a dishwasher. I could see staying for several days. Bring plates, utensils, etc., as the supply is very limited. Super value

Fishing on Lake Grassy and Lake placid can and has been really good. Unfortunately during our stay there was a front and we were a bit early in the year. Great relaxing stay when your only worry is catching fish and eating lunch on a beautiful lake.

The motel as a whole needs a makeover. Room had garbage remments from previous guest. Had to kick bottom of door hard to get it to open. T.v picture was of very bad quality. Gap at bottom of door for bugs to come in. Would never recommend.
From the time I saw it on Booking.com. It was easy to book well explained, and when I arrived, everything was exactly what it should’ve been very spacious house, three bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, well equipped, really really nice private backyard, and a quiet, quiet neighborhood. The house is like a three bedroom luxury hotel all the sheets were very soft, and the towels were very thirsty, which is a good thing and also a 2 car garage. Everything worked perfectly enjoyed it extremely a lot.
The lake view was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the outdoor seating area with chairs and picnic tables, great place for morning coffee, or drinks with our friends, who stayed next door to us.

The room was spacious with a refrigerator and microwave. It has no carpet in the rooms, I hate carpet in hotels as they always feel gross. The bathroom was big and the sink was actually in the bathroom. It was nice that I could sleep in while my husband shaved and did not have the light shining in my face. Everything was clean and there were no oders.
The cleanliness and comfort were optimal. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice secluded pool area. Beautiful views from the room, if you are on the back side of the hotel. Great hot breakfast. No complaints here!
It was the perfect house for us! Needed more space than what a hotel room could accommodate and was surprised how affordable it was. Nice quiet neighborhood and a beautiful clean comfortable home.
