Couldn't even get into our cabin that we paid $475 for...road was not plowed..ck in was 4pm..it was too icy to get to the property..even in a 4 wheel drive truck...tried to get a credit but they denied us...such bad customer service...so dissapointed in how we were treated.

We Had a wonderful time.
We Had a wonderful time. The cabin was nice and comfortable. Everything we wanted was provided. Both patios were really comfortable with plenty of seating couches etc as well as the heater’s available to make it warm and cozy.
Our hostess was great alway available to answer questions and she made our stay so easy and wonderful.

What a gem! Much preferred Lake Arrowhead than Big Bear. Everyone was great, very friendly, and we really enjoyed the mountains and the hikes around the area! Wish we had more time, but are definitely looking forward to coming back very soon!

Wonderful place, beautiful lake, great scenery. Keep in mind it's a small town, so not a lot of dining options and everything closes early. Not ideal for walking (no sidewalks), unless hiking in the beautiful forests.

Our unit was somewhat secluded, a little bit of a challenge to find, but as long as we followed the written directions, we found it. The upcharge and the little extra time to find the unit was well worth it. The roads were well plowed of the snow, however, there was a few folks that were in a hurry. You will enjoy your stay much more if you just slow down...

Think it’s the location that sells this spot. But the hotel itself needs tons of work. Could be a gem but just there needs to be a lot of work done on the place. Tons of exterior problems that bring hazards to guests and kids. Guest safety and maintenance of the property should be top priority. Just felt this property has been neglected over the years.
The cabin is amazing and just like a home from home, the games room, pool table and bar downstairs was a hit. Location to lake arrowhead is great and easy to drive to and from. The house had everything you need and more with games, gaming console, great heating, an abundance of cooking amenities etc. Would recommend staying here particularly with a family it was awesome. Property owners were easy to contact and helped us with tyre chain query.
We had an amazing trip. The house is wonderful, perfect for vacation with family or friends. Owners are really thoughtful about their guests - there is a lot of toys, pool table, foosball, beds are very comfortable, kitchen stocked with basic necessities and coffee. House is 5 min from the village.

The cabin was just right for the three of us. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. Roku on the TV was new to us, but we managed to use it just fine. I liked the enclosed back patio, perfect for letting the dog outside on his own.
The condolet has a fireplace with plenty of wood and it is easy to light. The property is beautiful and the food was phenomenal. There is so much history of how Lake Arrowhead was started and they have old pictures everywhere to see.
The location was wonderful! We had friends playing at the Village on Sat. night and came up for a 2 day get away. WE enjoyed the quaintness of the hotel, history and the large jacuzzi tub! Drove around and did some hiking...
We loved everything! They exceeded our expectations with their amazing attention to detail, amenities and cleanliness. The location is also great since it is no more than an 10 minute walk from lake arrowhead village.
Very nice location with a view of Lake Arrowhead. The home was comfortable and nice. The location was close to the Lake Arrowhead Village. A lot of nice tall shady trees made the environment wonderful.
Great location right across from Lake Arrowhead Spa and Resort and the Village. There were also goodies left in the lobby that you could access using your room key. But those are the only positives.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. We went to the Waffle place for breakfast. I'm sure yours was good too, my wife wanted to try the waffles even before we checked in to the hotel.
we were overbooked according to the manager of the hotel/inn. So we were assigned to stay somewhere else, then we pass by to the area to have dinner, there’s a sign that signs vacancy.
The cabin was beautiful. Felt very welcoming and cozy. It was conveniently close to Lake Arrowhead Village and had nearby hiking trails. I would definitely come back again.
This was the best property we’ve ever stayed in Lake Arrowhead. The view is stunning. Everything was clean a lot of space for 10 people. We will go there again.
