We didn’t have hot water for 2days, out elevator was broken for 2 days, they gave me a room on the third floor and I have 2 infants with me, couldn’t find anyone to help us out with strollers and luggage. And on top of that they would not change us to the first floor. Definitely a place to NEVER come back EVER again.

Everything was great u can't utilize the dishwasher and I'm don't wash dishes . The drying mat and dish rags were all sour so I had to use one of the washcloths to wash dishes. Also there should have e been more than one dish rag and drying mat. Also the dishwasher should have been made available. Nobody wants to wash dishes on vacation. Other than that it was great.

There isn't a lot that's all great in Ladson.
There isn't a lot that's all great in Ladson. Kind of a lower class run down area. But just minutes from Summerville and 10 miles to North Charleston. Add 20 more and you get the beaches! So ladson might not be all that great but it's close to better places.
I use this hotel to put my family when they come to visit. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
The rooms are always very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is good and the coffee is always good
no matter what time of the day you stop for a cup.
If your in the Summerville area and need a great place to stay give them a go, they are located right off of 26 east easy to get to. Trust me you’ll be glad you did.
I was very impressed with how quiet housekeeping was compared to other hotels! They are not intrusive and they do not yell down the hall at each other while cleaning other rooms! They were very respectful! Front desk was awesome and very helpful! The location is the bad part because the loud cars coming off of the interstate but that is something the hotel cannot help! Overall I was very pleased with everything!
The room and bathroom was clean. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast every morning was good and hot and had a good selection of things to eat. The dining room was very clean, the staff was constantly cleaning and making sure all dished were stocked. When you enter the hotel you get a good feeling about the hotel.
Shawn was very welcoming and personable, and the location is nice. It's a 20-30 minute ride to downtown Charleston, and there are plenty of great places around the property for dining, groceries ect. The townhouse was very nice, the bed was comfortable and Shawn came by when we arrived to make sure that everything was to our liking.
I do inspections with my drone and most of my jobs are in the Somerville goose Creek North Charleston Charleston, Latin area and this hotel is right in the middle of it all easy access on and off the main highway and everything I do is local compared to the hotel This is my third or fourth state and I will continue staying here.
Breakfast was terible awful . The gay AK was terible . He threw a bag with breakfast on the table . And made a scene that I asked about another breakfast bag for my daughter . He looked like and he acted like he doesn’t want to be there ( and he spouse to be a menager ) . Don’t recomend this hotel to worst anemy
The staff was very kind, the shower pressure was amazing and the pillows were great. It was overall clean with the normal stains on the carpet and a smell of smoke, I feel like that's inevitable in these hotels unfortunately. It was good for the value, very well lit, good location, lots of security cameras.
The staff were phenomenal, Paula & Janet on the front dest were amazing and super friendly. The hotel was SPOTLESSLY clean. Would highly recommend this hotel.
