It is a beautiful old mansion and something different from a regular chain hotel. Staff were incredible - helpful and courteous. The breakfast was delicious. We were a 10 minute drive from downtown and would recommend. The hotel has recently been purchased and we learned about the history and while there are some small things that look a bit tired, there was no impact on our wonderful stay - I would definitely stay again!

Looked clean, was pretty clean, but lots of damage to what looks like brand new hotel. Damage inside of hotel damage inside of hotel. What happened here? Rooms were clean and beds comfy but they were like 50 inches off the floor. Not a good things for older people, I had to jump to get in. Not fun
The Breakfast was like any other hotel that offers free breakfast. It was fair! The workers were friendly and nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. They have mini-fridges in the room as well as a microwave which is always convenient.
The hotel itself is clean and nice, Nicole who was working the front desk went over and above my expectations with the help that she provided regarding cabs and restaurants in the area. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again
Did not eat breakfast there. We were disappointed that it was only served until 9:00 am on the weekend. Most hotels that I’ve stayed at serve breakfast until 10:00 am on the weekends.
We checked in on Friday night and checked out on Saturday.
Didn't eat the complimentary breakfast.. Hotel is dirty. Big millipede in room with ice machine. Bathrooms in rooms had black stained shower floors. Pillow yellowish and unclean.

The basic set up of the hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They moved me to a different room when I asked and immediately came to help with TV remote problems. The hotel was not dirty.
Arrived to Buffalo 2am on sunday and i booked check in based on the date. They didnt let me in and they didnt refund ne. Terrible service, no manners, and terrible staff. Never using booking again!
The bed was the best of 6 hotels I stayed in this week! iT WAS BETTER THAN THE "W" in Time Square!!!
