My car got hit in the parking lot, other guests witnessed it...
My car got hit in the parking lot, other guests witnessed it, but we were not there when it happened. According to witnesses, the lady who hit me talked to front desk and left a note on my car saying she left her information with front desk. However, when I spoke with front desk they were not willing to help me at all. They even told me to leave and locked the office. I just got a quote and the damage is for $1,500. I called the hotel again and again they are not willing to help. Also rooms are extremely small, have no AC and breakfast is just plain croissants

Breakfast croissants were "Paris level" but no other choices. Walking distance to coffee shops, sandwich shops, and Jason's restaurant with deck facing out on Kings Beach. Jason's had music and a bar outside; great, plus Lake Tahoe!

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for an affordable rate that won’t break your budget. I found my room nice and clean with the light scent of bleach, that made me feel comforted. I love having a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot to use. I had fresh towels on a regular basis, and house keeping did an excellent job Tidying up the room while I skied. The bed was warm and comfortable and I slept well each night. My room provided me with everything I needed to have so that I could focus on enjoying my ski vacation to the fullest. I look forward to returning to stay at this hotel in the spring or summer. Thanks for reading my post. Thank you Stevenson’s Inn for a nice stay💕

We love Kings beach.
We love Kings beach. There are lots of places to eat and easy beach access. We enjoy coming here in both the summer and the winter. In the winter its nice because you have access to most of the ski resorts. Kings Beach is pretty centrally located. Its a little funky and not posh by any means. You'll get a little local flavor staying here which is nice. In the summer there are far more tourist in this area then there are in the winter.

Extremely crowded, heavy traffic , food waaaaaay over priced and no department store for lawn chairs, coolers, towels, water shoes etc.... I wont go back. It is walkable if you don't mind walking.
Excellent location, Kings Beach, on the lake, close to restaurants, Safeway, and car repair shop. In upgraded room, kitchenette very handy, little gas fireplace in the room for heat and coziness in winter, warm, fridge and fireplace heater were quiet. Staff very kind, helpful, responsive. They really cared and helped us with a few extra days stay due to snow storm and car trouble, even though they were super busy. We felt safe and well cared for.
We loved the location, it was close to Kings Beach but just enough off the town for the peacefulness. It fit our family of 6 comfortably. It was also close to a grocery store and the main hwy. Very easy to work with and the code for entry was ideal. We will be back and will use this place again. The kids liked the basketball hoop and other amenities.
The hotel was super cute and location was great (walking distance to Kings Beach and next to lots of nice restaurants). Room and bathroom were large and cleaning standard was decent. Staff was nice. There was free parking (although somehow limited for the size of the hotel).
I don't like to give out my best addresses, but this hotel is one of them. It's really well placed, free parking, really comfortable rooms, access to the private beach, sun loungers on the beach (free), barbecues... really great!
This house has 2 comfortable beds on ground level where the townhouse stayed cool ( there is no AC)water pressure was good. Location-5 min from kings beach main strip and beach. Safeway is 5 mins away too.
Location is great for our activities. Kings Beach has a good selection of restaurants. We go fishing out of Carnelian Bay which is only about a 10 min. drive. The condo is spacious and furnished nicely.
The location is awesome (close to Kings Beach) and the property is beautiful and well maintained. Every small detail has been thought through and enjoyed everything about it.

The bed was very comfy! It is in town and close to restaurants and shopping. It is also close to north shore Kings Beach recreation area and beach coastline.
