Amazing breakfast. Staff was amazing. The general manager even washed the kitchen and bathroom room in our room. I asked to have it washed and the cleaning staff had left for the day. Our two dogs were so well received.

Breakfast was plentiful with many options. I loved the cinnamon roll! Coffee was hot and fresh. We really loved the little conveyor belt pancake maker as well, it was fun to watch!
The bed and pillows were really comfortable! I'm never able to get a good night sleep at a hotel (or anywhere but my own bed, really), but I slept great for a change. The price was also reasonable, which I appreciated since I arrived after midnight and had to get back on the road in the morning - who wants to pay a fortune for a few hours, anyway? The hotel was a little bit of a drive from Rt 81, but it was an easy detour AND the location directly across from Sheetz made my morning fuel/food run soooo easy.
The breakfast was great. Had sausage, real eggs, waffles, pastry, cereal, juices. Very clean breakfast room. Rick worked the breakfast room and he was always happy and friendly. Made 6 a.m. a lot easier to deal with! BJ checked me in and out at front desk and was very helpful and friendly. Very pet friendly hotel and still quiet . Our dog loved it too.
Hotel was awful blood and dirt all over sheets mold and bugs in air conditioner staff was extremely rude air condition did not work room was extremely hot and smelly staff wouldn’t do anything about it and told me good luck getting a room somewhere else
The hotel is very clean. Plenty of parking and no fee for parking. Room is nice and comfortable. TV has lots of options for programming. Location is great - its between Charles Town and Martinsburg, which was great for me.
I'v stayed here several times in the past, but the carpets throughout the hotel were noticeably dirtier than in the past and the walls in the bathroom showed signs of water damage.
