All was wonderful including the politeness and attentiveness of the cleaning professionals. The front area people were attentive, friendly, insiteful and helpful in every way. The valets were great. Breakfast wonderful. I really enjoyed the location of my room. The little happy hour fit the bill and certainly the dog friendliness of the hotel added to the overall charming ambience. Arras definitely was a major plus for my stay in Asheville.

Nice facility, room was very nice. Saltwater pool was warm and relaxing. Staff very helpful. Breakfast area large and clean - breakfast was typical hot style hotel food.
