Very clean! Pet friendly but you wouldn't even know, no animal smells at all. Staff was super nice and personable. Received a suite upgrade and it was perfect!
Lots of amenities and freebies are available- free beer or wine? Yes please! As many crepes as you want at breakfast? Absolutely! Very well maintained gym as well, if you end up eating too many crepes though.

North Florida Beaches are lovely. In January, most beachwear stores were closed. A couple of good restaurants within walking distance. Pharmacy and grocery store also within walking distance. Area was clean well-lit, nice to walk and had plenty of public parking. There are very few boutique stores for shopping.

We really enjoyed our time in Jacksonville Beach. The area overall looked clean and well maintained. Buildings looked modern and pleasing. Great place to visit or move into. Area doesn't look like a tourist trap meaning we didn't see a lot of tshirt or souvenir shops. Very pleasant city!

Check before traveling to the beach as there was a volley ball tournament that took up almost the entire beach, probably 25 or more nets set up. It was nice to walk in the evenings when the tournament was finished for the day. It was 2 full days or more. The water was not real cold for April. A nice place to swim. Great for families. Very clean! The sunrises were all amazing!

Came to vacation from out of state after having lived In Jacksonville for many years, so I was familiar with the location. Lots of good restaurants in the area, safe for the many bike riders out by the beaches, easy to get to area attractions like the zoo, the Cummerbund museum, football stadium, etc. Peterbrooke’s chocolates are a must, get their chocolate popcorn!

Beautiful beach, soft sand, warm water. The area has a lot to do, a fun downtown area, Town Center, UNF campus. A lot of shopping and restaurants. Safe areas for outdoor exercise and activities. Great area to visit.

We cooked most of our meals.
We did go to St. Augustine for a sunset sail onboard the Schooner Freedom. A Must for both young and old!

Everything was Exceptional! Excellent service. Excellent location, AMAZING!!!! JUST WOW! First let me say this Location Location location! This BestWestern is nestled in between the best restaurants for example Salt and the hooka lounge! Multiple Shops and salons to satisfy ANY shopping need you have. Ive stayed at other oceanside hotels and suites and i must say Best Western is the best not to mention price friendly! You DEFINITELY get you bang for your buck here.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
We loved everything. This has been one of the best value hotels we have ever stayed. The hotel is new and extremely clean. The staff is awesome and welcoming. Shout out to Arianna and Angela, who made us feel at home from the first contact. The chef makes a different breakfast every morning. Never a dull breakfast. The rooms have fileted water. It is two blocks from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars.
Nice and very helpful front desk staff while I was there, Clean, great oceanfront room with suite/balcony, prime location, very comfortable, nice to have a guest laundry, nice pantry in lobby, especially if you have no car...but, also close to Walgreens and restaurants...great that restaurant is in lobby but would be great to have it open throughout day...e.g., have brunch/lunch hours, even if only for takeout...
The location is excellent to the beach (just down the street, 2 min walk) and we needed to meet friends in Town Center at Neptune Beach. The house itself was very comfortable and maintained its temperature inside extremely well even though it was very hot outside. Convenience to restaurants such as the Brunch Haus for breakfast was a great surprise. We really liked the wine refrigerator in the bar area.
The rooms were clean and beautiful the View was beautiful the beach was beautiful however the restaurant they do not deliver to the rooms and they are absolutely rude and I'm not talking the servers or the waitresses or the bartender I'm talking the management I will not return to that hotel because of the restaurant and how we were treated and that they don't deliver to the rooms
Breakfast was hot and delicious every morning. Coffee was great too. Pool was awesome and beach access was very convenient. Front desk staff (Ms. Kathy, and the guy in the mornings) were expectational and very friendly. Deliha (sp?) the room cleaner was very accommodating also. I always enjoyed the dog friendly side of the hotel. So many cute dogs.
The location is excellent with beach access and restaurants and bars, all in easy walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the atmosphere of the historic hotel was interesting. The parking was included (across the street), and we did not have any problems finding a space at any time.
It’s not a luxury hotel, but a good value: clean, comfortable, friendly. We were traveling with our dogs, who were treated like celebrities. The breakfast and coffee were better than average, and we appreciated having an EV charging station right onsite. A pleasant place to stay.
Better option than a hotel! Just about 3 minutes to the beach by car. Dunkin’ Doughnuts and other nice cafes and restaurants in both directions. Grocery store 1 minutes away. Washer and dryer are super convenient! Host responds promptly!

It was me and my husband 3rd anniversary and we got married on the beach right in front of the hotel at sunrise and the staff brought us a awesome dessert and a card:-)
Outstanding customer service, all the staff did an excellent job, room size was huge, close to everything that Jacksonville Beach has to offer, a perfect location.
