The wonderful staff, the spacious room and the location! The hotel staff were the nicest we’ve met and especially accommodating going the extra mile to ensure we were hydrated in the extreme heat, even providing us a gallon bottle of water at no extra cost as we couldn’t make it to the supermarket in time.
The breakfast options were vast and it was nice to be greeted by warm welcomes from management in the morning.
The room was huge, the bed super comfortable and the desk space was just what I needed to get some work done. The bathroom was decent, very clean and the shower was very powerful. The location was perfect - we were visiting for the Coachella music festival and we were so close to where the Lyft cost was literally $13 to reach there! Without a doubt we will be coming back here next year and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and looking for a hotel within a modest budget.

The room was really good, new and clean. The two beds were huge and comfortable. The kitchen corner was perfect and the bathroom comfortable. The pool (!) was clean and huge, very relaxing. On the floor, there is a ice cube machine. Close by is a big supermarket. Thanks for the friendly service.
The location was very central.
The unit we stayed in was a little dated, could use some newer living room furniture.
Some of the kitchen cupboards were very worn and needed replacement.

Hell on earth.
Hell on earth. We were just driving through and stayed at our hotel for less than 12 hours, It was HOT. Cooled down to 107 at night. Luckily the hotel we stayed in had AC and cold pool. If you're into gambling it would be fun, there were a lot of casinos on the way there.

No offense intended to those who like the area and enjoy the California desert but I probably wouldn't vacation in Indio. It is, however, a great stop off from Phoenix heading to Northern California. We absolutely loved the Fairfield Inn by Marriott

Room was dingy, shower dripped, drain plug wasn't attached and slipped off. Drain slow. Hotel convenient for travel which means it's on a noisy freeway. Only passing through.
Excellent range of breakfast food and drinks…something for all ages, and staff on hand cleaning and restocking. Comfortable tables/chairs and high chairs available. TV was on…not intrusive and also view of swimming pool from breakfast area.
Clean comfortable room. Option to access gym and small pool…both looked clean and well maintained.
Plenty of parking and luggage trollies available.
The entire house is delightful, but the backyard with the swimming pool was THE BEST, the sweet spot of the place. Everything is so clean and shiny and de HOSTS are so kind about everything you need for, anytime.
Specially for people who go to Coachella Festival it is very near, one day I was walking on my own. The neighborhood is secure and the weather was perfect to enjoy the pool.

Very clean hotel, with spacious rooms and very comfy bed. Having breakfast included is a nice touch. Also appreciated having laundry on site as we were half way through a road trip and using the hotel facility was much nicer than going to a laundromat.

Everything was new. The bed was very large and very comfortable. A perfect matress, soft sheets, abundant pillows. Excellent working tv. Comfortable shower and large bathroom. I stay in hotel often and usually an experience like this is not the norm

The Accommodations were amazing, but there was no cleaning staff during our stay at all. The location was a bit out of the way from everywhere and if you don't have a rental car it makes for an expensive stay.

Nice travel accommodation just outside Indio. The room was more modern and stylish than in similar hotels, but also significantly smaller (European hotel size). Bed was excellent.
