The wonderful staff, the spacious room and the location! The hotel staff were the nicest we’ve met and especially accommodating going the extra mile to ensure we were hydrated in the extreme heat, even providing us a gallon bottle of water at no extra cost as we couldn’t make it to the supermarket in time.
The breakfast options were vast and it was nice to be greeted by warm welcomes from management in the morning.
The room was huge, the bed super comfortable and the desk space was just what I needed to get some work done. The bathroom was decent, very clean and the shower was very powerful. The location was perfect - we were visiting for the Coachella music festival and we were so close to where the Lyft cost was literally $13 to reach there! Without a doubt we will be coming back here next year and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and looking for a hotel within a modest budget.

The room was really good, new and clean. The two beds were huge and comfortable. The kitchen corner was perfect and the bathroom comfortable. The pool (!) was clean and huge, very relaxing. On the floor, there is a ice cube machine. Close by is a big supermarket. Thanks for the friendly service.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; the facility, though dated, was clean and generally quiet. Bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, and room was roomy and comfortable. Thank you so much!
The location was very central.
The unit we stayed in was a little dated, could use some newer living room furniture.
Some of the kitchen cupboards were very worn and needed replacement.

Hell on earth.
Hell on earth. We were just driving through and stayed at our hotel for less than 12 hours, It was HOT. Cooled down to 107 at night. Luckily the hotel we stayed in had AC and cold pool. If you're into gambling it would be fun, there were a lot of casinos on the way there.

No offense intended to those who like the area and enjoy the California desert but I probably wouldn't vacation in Indio. It is, however, a great stop off from Phoenix heading to Northern California. We absolutely loved the Fairfield Inn by Marriott

Room was dingy, shower dripped, drain plug wasn't attached and slipped off. Drain slow. Hotel convenient for travel which means it's on a noisy freeway. Only passing through.
me and my sister stayed for coachella festival & it was absolutely perfect. from the front of the complex it’s only a 5 minute walk to the festival - literally the closest you can get. and the owner was super friendly & accommodating and dropped us to the front each day. very clean, cute place to stay. we loved it!
We needed a stop over between San Diego and Las Vegas and chose Palm Springs. Since all cheaper options already were gone in town we chose this nearby solution. We got what we paid for: a bit far out in a quite run down area, run down rooms, reception not available before 3 pm (to - at least - leave our luggage).
very comfortable accommodations. lovely amenities . helpful staff . Bonus that there was pickleball courts, however, during this busy time with Nationals on wish there was more courts so we could have practiced more.
We were able to get a room in the main building with an interior entrance. Easy access/convenient location. Room was cleaned after first night and towels replaced. This did not happen at hotels back east since COVID
Great location. Home was very clean and a great place for family. Price was commensurate with decent hotels in the area, but instead of a hotel room cramping the family in, there was plenty of room for everyone.
The bed was amazing! For breakfast I enjoyed bacon and an egg white Southwest omelette. Literally the best bacon and omelette I have ever had at a hotel. Even my husband agreed and that is saying a lot!
Host prepared a delicious breakfast. Hot tub, with water from hot well beneath the property was outstanding. Views of the Indio hills from the beautiful custom home extraordinary. ≈
The hotel room was extremely worn and outdated. Furniture was broken, bathtub was stained and all the caulking and grout was gross. The room needed a complete overhaul.
Everything was excellent and every time we have stayed at Worldmark resort in Indio, we are always pleased! We highly recommend it to all our friends !
