The location of this hotel is great if you have a layover at the airport and the price was within our budget. We were offered breakfast (Which was milk and OJ gallon, and the waffle maker only) and a taxi call the next morning (Other reviews point out that the taxi driver charges you as high as $60); we didn't accept either. We used a lyft which cost us around $11-$13 each way.

Shuttle service was cancelled and I was not informed until I phoned the hotel after waiting almost an hour. Even the taxi drivers and airport staff were not aware that the shuttle had been cancelled. Had I waited any longer I may not have been able to book in as I found out that the night porter finished at 23:00hrs. Very disappointed with the information provided by the change. I’ll not be using them again after many years.

We were not there long enough to make any real comments on this hotel. They did recommend a restaurant across the street which was exceptionally good. Italian in design and superb in foods served.
We were only passing through that evening after a long air flight and found this hotel by accident.

Good place to stay next to the Airport, shuttle van was on time and the drivers courteous. Besides the hotel restaurant no other places to eat were close by. The Restaurant needs more variety of foods.

Neat and clean. Just what I needed for an overnight stay. I checked in at 7pm and checked out at 4:15 am. Staff was friendly. They offered a free shuttle to the airport, which I took. I’d definitely stay there again
We were only here for about 7 hours as we had a late flight but it’s close to the airport the shuttle was very much appreciate given that we didn’t late until midnight and a lot of other hotels seem to stop running theirs at 11pm. The man on reception was friendly and the breakfast whilst not lots of options was quite nice. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable would definitely recommend for a layover from the airport
Rooms are very spacious, beds are comfortable, A/C a very much appreciated relief from the heat. The hotel is located 5-10 minutes away from the airport and it offers a free shuttle. Breakfast is included and included scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, waffles, yogurt, orange juice, apple juice, cereal.
Availability despite booking with very little anticipation (had a flight cancelled at IAH and had to book a hotel room ay last minute), breakfast included, near to the airport with complimentary airport-hotel-airport shuttle service (great, on-time service!), clean bed and bath, comfortable bed, hot water
The vicinity was clean the staff had a bad attitude the price was too high for the attitude and the disposition that we had to deal with and the fact that we had to pay full price and we got to the hotel at 1:00 a.m. and we checked out at 8:00 a.m. and there was no towels just a lot of bad attitude.
We had a late layover arrival in Houston and called our hotel to see if they had a free shuttle for transportation. They kindly directed us to Terminal C. Every single staff person we encountered that night and early the next day was kind, thoughtful and handled things with ease and good humor.

I particularly liked the manager, who was very helpful both in getting the shuttle to the hotel as well as check-in, which was quick. The twin bed room was clean, and we enjoyed our stay.
Towels hard, had to ask for towels front desk was rude and give us 1 set of towels. Did not clean the room, smoke detector was missing and broken, worst hotel
