Shuttle service was cancelled and I was not informed until I phoned the hotel after waiting almost an hour. Even the taxi drivers and airport staff were not aware that the shuttle had been cancelled. Had I waited any longer I may not have been able to book in as I found out that the night porter finished at 23:00hrs. Very disappointed with the information provided by the change. I’ll not be using them again after many years.

We were not there long enough to make any real comments on this hotel. They did recommend a restaurant across the street which was exceptionally good. Italian in design and superb in foods served.
We were only passing through that evening after a long air flight and found this hotel by accident.

Good place to stay next to the Airport, shuttle van was on time and the drivers courteous. Besides the hotel restaurant no other places to eat were close by. The Restaurant needs more variety of foods.

Neat and clean. Just what I needed for an overnight stay. I checked in at 7pm and checked out at 4:15 am. Staff was friendly. They offered a free shuttle to the airport, which I took. I’d definitely stay there again
We had a late layover arrival in Houston and called our hotel to see if they had a free shuttle for transportation. They kindly directed us to Terminal C. Every single staff person we encountered that night and early the next day was kind, thoughtful and handled things with ease and good humor.
All my expectations were met or exceeded. The hotel's location is excellent for its proximity to the International Airport. Breakfast served had variety, and the room was comfortable and quiet.
Shopping Malls are a few minutes away by road.
The room was big and the hotel was well located near the airport. The shuttle bus was very helpful and I am very glad this service was included. The staff were very friendly.
Breakfast was basic but good for what I needed.
