We checked in to the hotel on Sunday, Aug 13th evening and the WIFI was not working. Nobody mentioned anything about this at check in and we had to come downstairs later on to be told by the night manager what the issue was. Your staff comped us a free breakfast which was sweet but the communication could have been a lot better at the start.

We had an appointment at the Cleveland Clinic main building. It only took 35 minutes during rush hour traffic. Very convenient!
This hotel in Streetsboro is a short drive from Kent State University. It has an indoor heated pool and a modern gym. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available.
The room service was terrible. No one cleaned our room the second day we were here. The jacuzzi jets dont work, Had to be switched to another room and same thing. Hallways smell of mildew and mold. Front desk service us also very poor.

I am usually a calm mannered person but the incompetence of the staff is abhorrent. The rooms are dirty. And the staff didn’t care how long it took to get you checked in. One looked like she was on something and when giving change wasn’t able to comprehend that if you add 5 dollars to the amount owed that is considered a tip and your suppose to give it to them. Not worth your time or money. And don’t get me started on trying to get to the place. Save yourself time , money, and patience.
Our family really enjoyed our short time in Hudson. The area offers wonderful coffee and restaurant options. Our stay at Ron & Naomi's was perfect. The beds were comfortable, as was the couch for just sitting and relaxing. The apartment was beautifully decorated. I really fell in love with the town after our visit, definitely wish we had a couple more days that we could have stayed.
The location was fabulous as we have family in Hudson. It was perfect for our son and my husband and I. Onemorning we woke up to see about eight deer in the big yard. The beds were comfortable. We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the house as we were busy with our family, but would stay again! House has basics that kept us from having to buy them.
