Everything was great. I have to stay: it is the first hotel i am going to since COVID that offers real tableware for breakfast and not disposable one and that cleans up your room everyday. What a difference!!!

It was during Mardi Gras there weren't enough towels in my room for 4 people to start out with on day 1, went down to front desk and another guess had same problem...we went brought towels from target because of shortage.
Very spread out, so you have to drive everywhere. Low key town. Found a couple of interesting cafes, but you have to search. There is a bit of a historic center near the church. Had a good night at Music Cove with a great band.

I liked room 122. The pillows and bed were soft and comfy. The bathroom was in very good condition. Booked online and opted to pay in cash at location. They copied my DL and I slept well.
The second night was horrible. I paid with CC and they copied my CC. I expressed this was not normal nor good business practice. The attendant proceeds to inform me that is their policy to copy CC for fraud protection for them and the customer. I informed her that my financial institution is brilliant at protecting me from frauds. That's their job, not a hotel. I needed to get rest for work so I kept the room and told them I am the Queen if catching dishonest ppl.

We were there for business on a Monday and part of Tuesday. Nearly everything is closed on Mondays as far as tourist spots go, and don’t open til 10am on Tuesday, so I did not get to see nearly as much as I wanted to. Looks like they have a lot going on during the weekends.
The people were super nice everywhere we went. Great food, great atmosphere
The Nature Trail is a true nature trail, not really cleared out except by foot traffic. Make sure you wear appropriate shoes! It was lightly flooded, so sneakers were not the best choice for it. The walk was well worth it for the view on the dock, though.
The visitor center is definitely worth going to on your first day. There are maps, info, friendly advice and recommendations along with a bit of history.
The locals recommended The Shack and C’est Bon to eat at, and we were not disappointed!
The Ardoyne Plantation was my favorite stop, and the Find Your Roots museum has a lot of heart.
I took a few walks from the hotel and felt quite safe in the town.
I thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay, and hope to have more business in the area in the future.
We didn’t have breakfast provided here but the facility was very clean- it was a very full of action hotel lots of going and coming due to weekly stays being on too floor over where we stayed. The beds were like a bowl hard on the outside but cloud roll to the middle inside—- not uncomfortable but not as comfortable as what we had at ram and a inn across the street. Also there was a little mix up with booking so we had to stay our first night across the street—- all in all solid 4 star stay
No breakfast. Busy hotel with a lot of people. Great location. Room could have used more attention. We stayed in room 144 and it looked as if it was a few mold places on the ceiling. Chair had a tear on the cushion seat. Other than that , the room was fine. Clean sheets!
Nice hotel on the outskirts of town, the receptionist Jessica was exceptionally decent when she canceled our bill for the hotel (!!!) since due to a malfunction there was no hot water to take a shower, even though the next morning the malfunction was fixed.
Worst experience ever I was told I couldn't get a refund because I booked my hotel room on Booking.com the pictures don't look like the hotel at all its horrible and I will never return.
Nothing, I was transferred 2 times both rooms were dirty, I had to wait for a simi clean room my baby and I didn’t get to bed until 1 in the morning, and the drug heads were scary
The breakfast was very fresh and tasty! I appreciated that it could be brought to our room. The location was great because it was close to stores and restaurants.
The location was great. I came to Houma for a softball tournament and the hotel was near restaurants as well the drive was less than 10 minutes from the fields.
