The staff was amazing from the time we walked through the door. Tyesha greeted us with a smile and answered all of our questions. She even made sure we settled in our room. The bed was comfy, good water pressure during my shower, and the breakfast was yummy. Plus is was close to Fort Gregg Adams!

I can start at the beginning...The staff is friendly and courteous. Check-in smooth. Dinner of Wings and Caesar salad is fantastic!!
Breakfast is exceptional, fresh fruit bowl, real oatmeal, and better bowls and dishes!

Nothing would get me to come back! I left without a good night sleep! The beds were hard and old! Your business is beds for sleep you would think they would be good(not great) at the cost!

The only drawback was the website said that the outdoor pool was open and it was not. It was the one thing the grandsons were looking forward to and were quite disappointed. It should have been mentioned not only on the website but the confirmation email and a sign in the lobby when checking in

I liked that I was out of town but it also made me wish I was back home. I love to travel but I like to feel safe and I didn’t feel safe here in Hopewell. There appears to be a lot of people hanging around the hotel area that have drug problems.

The town itself appeared to be very run down and uncared for. I noticed many vacant homes and storefronts in the area. It reminded me of a town with very poor economics and a community where leaders have not taken a interest in the aesthetics of the community and the heart of the city.

Nice town. Was working with the Army base at Ft. Lee, so most of our time was spent there. ONE PLACE TO AVOID - the Denny's restaurant. Terrible service, half of the items were not available. Even salad dressing (most weren't available). It was late and we needed to eat, so we settled for some items that we weren't crazy about - we both were sick the next day.
Wanted to see the rooms before stay.... Manager made us go around outside the building to see the room, when we arrived outside the building the curtains were drawn and we could not see inside the room. The reason for not selecting the hotel/motel there were some very shady folks handing around seem like a druid deal about to occur.
It was hot. No air vents in the kitchen or living room and the stairs is scary. The person under us came knocking about stomping during late afternoon. Manager was rude and accused me of stealing a coaster holder. Couldn't get a good rest there because you can hear everything through the thin walls.
The property was clean and smelled fresh. Upon arrival about 8:30 pm, the host was cleaning the entrance and lobby area. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is close to anything I could ever need. Fort Lee army base, parks, lakes, stores, restaurants…..
Breakfast is, but get it early because they run out fast. The front desk clerks are very friendly and accommodating. The location is the right distance for access to Fort Greg Adams, so if you visiting family on base this is a clean hotel for a decent price.
This hotel is near the base and it's cheap and clean. The facility is a little run down but met our needs which was to sleep and clean up. It's by many restaurants and stores and gas stations and we felt completely safe. The staff and price were both great.
The staff was very nice and friendly. AND there was not any carpet on the hotel room floors. In these times coming out of Covid I think no carpet is the cleanest way to go. The AC unit was very cold.. my boyfriend loved that fact.
I loved everything. The staff and all the services from the time you step in until you check out was exceptional and superb. Awesome hospitality and the hotel was very clean and great clean scent to smell.
My wife and I had a Wonderful stay at the Best Western in Hopewell; it was close to my relatives home, economical, comfortable and the Breakfast was good and satisfying.
