Staff were great! It is not well publisized about some of the shuttle services offered. No information on Booking about shuttles from the airport or to cruise port. Important information that would have been helpful when planning.

Good restaurants on the Broadwalk and also (even better restaurants) on the Intracoastal side: Taverna Opa is a must! Le Tub has amazing burgers! Tip: park at Margaritaville - good bars, restaurants, live entertainment, Everything that I mentioned is an easy walk from there

I love Hollywood Beach. There's no need to rent a car. So many restaurants and hotels within easy walking distance. Try "Opa' for delicious Greek food and great middle eastern music- catch the belly dancer who does a fun floor show!
Fun to take the circuit into town for a change of scenery and cuisine!
The Broadwalk is clean and clear for a nice long daily walk, run or bicycle ride! It's casual and lively.

Check in, no reservation on file, took over an hour to finally find reservation. Booked 18th floor got 37th. No key in lockbox when we arrived. Was never given a lockbox code to retrieve key. The room had to be sanitized and swept by us as had not been cleaned very well. Cushions missing on balcony and chair cushion stains. Bathroom sink plugged and not draining. Spent the first day and half waiting for maintenance to attend to clogged drain. (Said they were coming that night, pinged them and after waiting they said they would be there in morning, pinged them again and they did not show up until 1:00PM. Elevators went down twice and when they were working took forever. Water shut off due to flooding on the 12th floor. Was only one day where we did not have issues. Booking.com nor Hyde beach tried to remedy or make whole for issues. Icing on the cake was Hyde beach extorting $200 for cleaning of preexisting stain on chair and stain in shower. How do you get a stain in the shower only using soap and water? Disputing cleaning charge.

This is one of the greatest beaches that I have ever been to. I mean everything you need is right there. being from out of town and in a much colder climate it was nice to fly there and just be at the beach and the broadwalk with everything that I needed. No driving around all day and here and there, you can just be in the vacation spot the whole time and not have to leave.
I have been to Hollywood so many time and never heard of this place. It is by far my favorite yet. There is no words to describe how friendly and welcoming the staff was. Marvin took care of everything we needed and was so down to earth. The staff cleaning the rooms were amazing. I smoke and they had chairs outside the rooms with tables and an ash tray that they kept clean and tidy. The room is actually an apartment. It was spotless. This location was very close to everything we needed. DO NOT BE AFRAID to book with this hotel.
The old owners AREN'T THERE ANYMORE A CONGLOMERATE BOUGHT TONS OF PROPERTYS.Very very very disappointed if you stayed there under old owners you should not revisit. It's a train wreck, to see tons people walking around the property, not quant or private like the good Ole days, party central pot smoking smells will wake you up at night. WHAT A SHAME .Sorry to say we will never ever return to that property or any other that is managed through HBH Hollywood Beach hotels.Find a private hotel or large Chain.
I love and enjoy everything about this place I thought Hollywood Beach was a hidden gem but Villa Sinclair is a hidden gem times 10. Everything you’ll need as a traveler you’ll get at this place what if it’s in the room, within the yard, I literally did not miss a thing during my stay here and I’ve visited many other places out here on the beach.

The room and the pool was clean, the employees very polite and the wifi very fast. I like to go to Hollywood beach which is not far away and also to the Aventura Mall which is nearby. I believe this is the fifth time that I come to this hotel and they have a different types of room very convenient. There is a very convenient supermarket and coffee place just in front of it.
I spent there couple days to take rest during my Florida trip. It was great choice. Hotel is situated right on the beach, neighbourhood is safe, clean and quiet. Price is reasonable, good value for money.
Unfortunately I haven't met the owner personally but he was easily reached out through mobile when needed.

Great location. Close to The boardwalk, the beach and some great restaurants. Especially liked Georgio's bakery and bistro across the street. Hotel had plenty of nice Beach Chairs for use on the Beach, plus private pool. Staff friendly and accommodating. Room and Bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Luxurious without being ostentatious or stuffy. Super comfortable and well thought out rooms. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who were responsive, kind, and wonderful with children. The pool area is ideal for families and the easy access to the beach was perfect.
Location was excellent. The view from the room is stunning. Loved the full size fridge. It’s right on the boardwalk so bars, restaurants all in close walking distance. Loved that this hotel was on the beach but that you didn’t need to cross a road to get to beach. Would highly recommend.

When you like the feeling of staying in a house, this is good, but you have to walk a distance for breakfast or the reception.
A really nice with a great pool area and was also close to the beach( 4 miles ). Staff was very friendly and accommodated us well, even though we arrived very early to check in time. If I was ever in Hollywood again I would return to this hotel.
The breakfast had quite a few choices with cereal, eggs, bacon, toast, nice and coffee. The taxi driver we met through the hotel, Jimmy, was very good, friendly and we kept his card and used him on our return from our cruise.
