The location was perfect the breakfast was awesome
Located on the University of Toledo Health Science campus, this hotel boasts an indoor pool, hot tub and on-site restaurant. The Toledo Zoo is 5 minutes’ drive away.

Have stayed here in the past with no issues, this time, was treated horrible by management, and staff members, for no reason. Was ask , even after multiple paid nights , to leave due to no fault of my own, and then had the authorities called as if I'd protested the rude request. I'd been there over a week and a half at that point .. with no issues on my end. Was training staff and allowing repairs on home buisness, and hiring. No explanation was given, nor solicited by me, I was compliant, as I didn't wish to stay were I wasn't welcome... Will never allow this level of shame to be placed on myself or coworkers ever again. Was thankful the TPDd
was understanding, and helpful and didn't share the managements one sided judgemental opinion. Didn't bother calling corporate, as I have no desire to entertain the establishment again. I'm sure others will share my experience with this manager, as it was a unprovoked action, and I had no interest in the explanation. Not sure the basis of her bias, but intolerance on my behalf allowed for.no further issues to occur.

One of the cleanest & friendliest hotels I’ve been to in awhile. That’s how I ended up there. The 1st hotel I booked was nasty. No other way to put it. Quality Inn was right next door & I'm so happy I made the choice to check out the Quality Inn
Place smelled over power of weed! Dirty first room oh my terrible 😞. Lady desk nice switched us but third floor got headache just from pot smell through entire hallway. Room wasn’t that much cleaner we literally slept on top blankets used are coats as blankets. As well as literally kept shoes on I will never ever again stay at quality inn this is second chance location. First one was in Kentucky this one Ohio 🤦♀️ Did not have one good thing I liked
I asked for my rooms to be clean around 1pm at the front desk, I was told by the front desk staff, "we are short of staff I was supposed to tell them the day before". I even asked for our beds to be made up if there were short of staffs. I came back around 6pm. The rooms dirty and the beds unmade. It was so shocking spending two nights in a hotel without any consideration to the quest request. It was so disappointing.

We had to leave before the breakfast service began, but I did notice that the breakfast area was VERY NICE...maybe the nicest I have seen in a while! Clean, Comfortable, small TV in booth seating, large counter breakfast bar, variety of seating...just a very cool atmosphere! I really wanted to stay and try it out but plane left very early!
Also...shuttle service worked VERY well, with quick response time and friendly staff.
nothing. everything was dirty. bed sheets had cigarrete burns and blood all over. we asked to be change of room and they did but it was the same issue. I’m blocking this hotel from my list forever
I though that breakfast was included. But in reality there is no lack of food in the area and your cafe was open. Add the cost of breakfast and the room, the price was still reasonable.
This hotel was close to restaurants and shops- Target was a parking lot away. It was easy access off of the highway and provided a clean place to sleep for the night.
