I enjoyed the convenience of the location right in town for a okay price. Staff was exceptionally nice I wish I got her name but who ever cooked or was the staff on breakfast on Mother’s Day was so polite and nice . She’s a great addition to the hotel. Front desk employees were very helpful when I couldn’t get my a/c working and was very polite.

The front desk staff was good at check in but when I had a problem with the toilet not flushing - it took maintenance forever to come check on it. Then we moved to another room and then the tv remote control wasn't working and then maintenance never showed up. Sent the General Manager an email and its been 5 days later and I still haven't heard anything from them.

The hotel is close to shopping and eating, so location is great. However, it is very noisy, rooms are not sound proof like they say and you feel like you're in a club not a hotel. So if you want some rest this may not be the place to stay. No sleep at sleep in.
This hotel is a hidden jewel. My grandson and I attended a Braves game on a Friday night. We had to drive on the interstate in ridiculous traffic through Atlanta. To get from the hotel to the stadium was a breeze. No interstate and it only took 25 minutes! What a sweet surprise! Virtually no traffic for a Friday afternoon during Atlanta rush hour traffic !
The place was clean. There was a fresh scent when you walked in which was very nice. The staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was great. The food was warm and had a variety choices.
Check in was fast and easy. Hotel and room were very clean which was my main concern as we were traveling with our 9 month old. I was pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness of the facility.
