I used to live in the Herndon area about twenty years ago, so my opinion may be slightly biased. Overall, there are good dining options including, every fast food option, and other chain restaurants. But, I highly recommended Jimmy's Old Towne Tavern for Buffalo style wings.

Convenient location for the airport and the metro station. Room was fine, clean and comfortable. The exterior - garden area and stairwells are dirty - need a good clean. Breakfast was very poor - very sugary snacks, nothing that appealed.

We only stayed one day in Herndon and really did not get to explore the entire area. The area we went to was jammed pack with shopping and eating options. Considering it is so close to the airport, you really are not bothered by jet noise.

We didn’t stay in the region, but we did visit the large air and space museum, which was very interesting for all age groups, and drove to some nearby historic towns. Next time, would visit some of the nearby wineries and hike, it’s so beautiful here. Previously, we visited the great falls nearby, also cool for all ages.
This hotel has an Airport shuttle. Which was so helpful when we had been on the road for 3 1⁄2 weeks. Easy to arrive at the airport and grab the shuttle to get to the hotel. The hotel, the staff is, staff and answered any questions we had. They have a small little market downstairs or you can pick up extras for your room. A great breakfast in the morning complete the cheese and eggs cereals pastries Terrific coffee. Are hotel room , with large, with coffee machine comfortable beds And bedding, And Pillows. The room is large and comfortable.
This is a lovely hotel in many ways. It's modern and clean, with large rooms, nice decor, comfortable couches and beds, good sheets and towels, and a convenient location. The free daily breakfast has hot and cold options. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a full-size fridge, which is useful for long stays. The fitness room is the best equipped I've seen in a hotel at this price level.
The major issue was the hotel was freezing, the room temperature was 58 degrees, it was 52 degrees outside. I had to sleep with my clothes and coat on. It took 6 hours for my room to heat up. Air conditioning is not only bad for the environment, but keeping temperatures in the 50s is not good for the body. Shameful drain of electricity that is not necessary.
I was looking for a hotel close to the airport. This was a great options since they had a pool and a gym. The room was absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and surprising quiet. Plenty of space for one person. Tv that can be rotated from the living room to the bedroom was absolute highlight of my stay. :D For one-two nights perfect.
Great selection for breakfast. Comfortable room and bed. Very helpful staff. Beautifully presented hotel. Got the free hotel shuttle service from the airport, basically a private taxi. Had to walk quite a way to meet it, just to be warned if you have a lot of luggage. Very prompt and helpful with our luggage.
Lots of parking and good layout of hotel. Super friendly staff! Got 2 complimentary water bottles upon check in. We also enjoyed a warm, healthy breakfast buffet with lots of delicious options. Clean rooms and personal touches to the room. Only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed my stay! thank you
Bed was very comfortable, check-in quick, the surrounding area is well stocked with restaurants and grocery stores, parking is convenient and feels safe. Easy to get from/to the airport by car; a bit of a long walk to the nearest subway station, but doable without suitcases.

The positioning of Hotel was good. Some of the staff were excellent and some not very interested to make you feel welcome. The bathroom shower in the bath was not comfortable.
The hotel is near Dulles (IAD) and next to major highways. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were also very helpful and professional.
