There was soccer teams the week and we stayed and it was very loud in the hotel. It was disappointing that the hot tub did not work. as adults with a child, this was the main feature we look forward to when staying in hotels for her modeling weekends.

Janice was the wonderful woman I would like to call out. She was the one that seated us for breakfast both mornings and she was extremely friendly, greeted us with a smile and was just all around great. True example of excellent customer service.

I like Henrico in general. My sister and brother-in-law have lived there for almost thirty years. I wish I had more time to stay longer on this trip. The weekend was very rainiy, cold and damp so it was, excuse the pun, a washout. I will be visiting again.
