Our room was large and very clean. The hotel has a pretty good breakfast buffet … oatmeal, waffles, potatoes, eggs, cereal, fruit, etc … and lots of tables that are spread out.

During our check-in, the staff noticed our baby and kindly offered to get us a crib, even though we didn't ask. The staff in charge of breakfast were very kind and friendly. From this experience, I can say that the staff here were the best part of our vacation.

Great breakfast. Perfect location. Excellent staff
Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and no issues with anything not working properly. It was a very quiet and peaceful stay. We even received a free bottle of of a very nice peach bellini. Will definitely be booking a room there again. Right down the road from a winery named Springate and had an amazing brunch. Took in the scenery at the winery and went antique shopping. What an amazing weekend.

Facility provides the necessary amenities and some extras, but sign was visible from the highway, but not very clear, about how to get to the Facility, even with GPS, which Staff mentioned was a small issue, and small signage for the driveway that led to the Facility, but obscured by Restaurant's visibility, for anyone not familiar with the area.

THE AREA WAS GOOD. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY!
THE AREA WAS GOOD. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY! THE HOTEL NEVER PROVIDED MAID SERVICE, REMOVAL OF GARBAGE, VACUUMING, NEW TOWELS OR MAKING THE BED, RESTOCKING THE ROOM. CREAMER RAN OUT FOR BREAKFAST AND WAS NEVER REPLACED. LOTS OF TRAFFIC DURING USUAL COMMUTE TIMES. WENT TO THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY IN HERSHEY WHICH WAS EXCELLENT. NEED TO WARN PEOPLE IT IS ABOUT A MILE WALK TO THE RIDE PART OF THE TOUR FOR THE FACTORY.

Staff was rude, it smelled, kids that live there running around and yelling in the halls. Window didn’t lock. Bed skirt was not changed in weeks, see the picture. Pool is green and covered in a film. (Staff said it been closed for a week only). Had roaches and told staff and I don’t think he really cared. Water and dead bugs under the vending machines, along with trash.

We didn't stay for things in Harrisburg our main destination...
We didn't stay for things in Harrisburg our main destination was Hershey Park. This was our second stay at this hotel even though it's further then staying right in Hershey the hotel is a better value when staying a little more from the park. I liked the location of the hotel close to a lot of dining and shopping.
The proximity to business at hand was ideal. The best and worst thing about the hotel was it was right off the highway, so easy access but noise from the highway was incredibly loud.
The room was adequate, bed was comfortable. The tv remote did not work well, poor water pressure in shower. Staff were helpful and friendly. The coffee and breakfast were horrible. Be sure to schedule coffee and breakfast out.
The room was clean.
Close proximity to highway. Staff were friendly even at 10pm. Room was clean. Yes, it is dated like others pointed out, but for the price, it’s well worth it. Sheets were clean and mattresses comfortable.
Breakfast had hot and cold options. I opted for cereal and toast because I was over hotel cooked breakfasts (too long on the road).
I would definitely stay here again -happy with my stay
The property was exceptionally clean, check in was fast and hassle free. My room was ready when I got there and was very clean and comfortable. I was even more impressed at how quiet it was even with the amount of kids in the hotel that weekend. Definitely the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time. The restaurant on site was very nice also the food was great. Highly recommend!
Comfortable room. Quiet despite being near a freeway. Blackout shades. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Pool and hot tub available. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Bed had sheets and separate comforter, which I appreciate as I run hot and like to use only a sheet. Many hotels now have the sheet/comforter combo, so it's all or nothing.
The breakfast was good like your normal continental breakfast. The room was booked on the same day that I was searching for some place to stay the night. The hotel was very accommodating and the price was excellent compared to others for a last minute one night stay. I was very satisfied with everything.
Hotel clearly needs improvement, but for a night or two it's super quiet, perfect location, and friendly staff, so it's all right! The location is perfect, very close to the center, you can do everything on foot, I think it was the best choice for a day in Harrisburg
Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. Everything I needed was in the room. Staff was friendly and polite throughout my stay. The hotel was located not far away from shopping malls and major attractions available.
The location of the hotel to Hershey Park stadium was great- about 5 miles and a straight shot. The room was a good size, clean and the beds comfortable. Nice that breakfast was included. Would stay again to go to Hershey Park.
easy access off I 81. room was clean and comfortable. price was economical. only complaint is there was no elevator to the second floor; not great carrying suitcases up a flight of stairs when you are in your 70's.
A true gem of a hotel/B&B. Large room well furnished with modern antiques. Soft comfortable sheets and comforter.wood paneled library and other reception rooms. Good breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere.
The home was gorgeous. The room was so comfortable with elegant bathroom. The staff was so wonderful and the breakfast outstanding, we will go back next time we are in Harrisburg.
Loved it!
Our second time booking this hotel. Staff were helpful and hospitable, and location was great when you were expecting to explore downtown Harrisburg area.
