It is always nice when a hotel surprises you with how nice the staff are and how clean the rooms are. I've never stayed in this area before and didn't know what to expect. If I need to go back to visit family for a holiday, then I will stay here.

When myself and my family arrived at the hotel on Thursday the 11th, we were greeted friendly desk person, the only thing wrong with it was the gentleman who first told us we didn't have a reservation, he said he couldnt find it. I told him it was booked by Booking's.
Took the desk clerk about 15 minutes then he didnt understand that we wanted rooms next to each other. The room when we finally got to it was very clean. As the days went by the housekeeping wasn't doing a very good job, we came back to the hotel from being out
all day on Sat. our rooms were not cleaned, no beds made everything looked horrible.

The room smelled like if it used to be a smoking room.
The room smelled like if it used to be a smoking room. The pillows smelled dirty and asked for new ones they brought me new ones which smelled dirty as well. Looks like they wash pillow cases but not the actual pillows. The linen did not smell fresh either.
The staff was nice and tried to make it better but even after spraying something to make the room smell better the smell was still there and the pillows smelled sweaty.
The apt room was wonderful! Very spacious and clean! The rate per night (we had two rooms for three nights which was alot for us) was wonderful. The mattresses were okay but the size and cleanliness of the room exceeded all. The small workout room was great as it had new equipment and was clean.
The front desk staff(Taylor and another woman on Saturday) were super nice and accommodating. The maintenance gentleman was always nice and friendly. My son lives in Greer and we will stay again for sure if all is the same
The Greer guest house is a gem and the hostess is amazing. The set up was perfect for my wife and I. The home had 2 floors. The bottom floor for relaxation, all the amenities you need, and the top had bedroom we loved. If you decide to rent you will not be disappointed, but you will be glad you did.

Hotel staff was very friendly, breakfast every morning was good, rooms were excellent (clean, quiet, shower was fabulous), awsome pool. It is a great hotel will stay there again when I visit Greenville.
