Real nice rooms and updated, comfortable bed and nice little kitchenette with fridge. Thank God it was Sunday and the bar below closed early (9ish pm) , otherwise I am not sure the noise would have allowed for us to sleep well. Breakfast was a nice touch!

Well located not far from the North ferry and all the closed for the season places were within easy walking distance. Everything that needed to work worked well and reception on arrival was friendly and welcoming. Although because of close season many places weren't open that wasn't really a problem because it also meant absence of crowds, so a bonus from my point of view.

Everything but breakfast about this Inn was very nice, location, setting & room. Breakfast was more akin to "small snack & board"

Small town with easy access to the North Ferry to reach Shelter Island, other ferries too but ferries to Plum Island unfortunately were closed for the season. Coast line and parks/reserves beautiful and empty of people so excellent for me. Vineyards worth visiting although I think they have a little bit to go to match what's on offer in better known wine making regions of the world. Disappointing not to be able to sample more of the local seafood and what I had wasn't as good as home (I live in a seaside town) but maybe that was because most places were closed for the season.

Beautiful little town, with a nice small shopping and dining area. Several winemakers are located nearby for visits, tastings and to spend time with nice views. Ferry to Shelter Island is quick and the island is very pretty, with nice beaches.

It was quite lovely!!!
It was quite lovely!!!
I am quite interested in learning and seeing the historic villages!
However I am not a fan of rocky beaches.
The shopping was nice!
The surrounding area was very dilapidated and made one feel unsafe.

It is a nice town with a a lot of architecture from the 1800’s. Most things are within walking distance. The food was good but somewhat expensive. There is a nice area run by the Audubon Society just outside of town.

This would be amazing in the summer.
This would be amazing in the summer. We were off season so it was perfect to relax and unwind. This is in the center of Greenport with shops and places to eat. Short rides to the beach and nearing towns. The shelter island ferry is right there for more adventures.

Great location.
Great location.
Would have liked quiester room without parking lot deliveries, also nearby loud swimming pool and balcony neighbors.
Also more printed materials with map, more details re restaurants, wineries
The place is beautiful. Beautiful location on the water. Super clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We were only there one night for my birthday and asked for an early check in. They had our room ready for us at 1:00pm when we arrived which was so appreciated. We had plans to visit the wineries but upon arriving at this hotel for the first time and seeing how lovely it was and the vacay vibes, we really wanted to just cancel all plans and stay at the pool/beach for the day!
Location is close to Greenport and Shelter Island. Very nicely maintained property with good size pool. As a family we enjoyed to have lunch and dinner on the balcony which had an access to come down to the pool area. On the property lawn we loved to sit in arindorack chairs to view sunset.
The free meat sliders were provided on the 4th of July.
In the kitchenette we had toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator , necessary utensils and pans to make breakfast.
You feel pampered staying in this well-appointed resort-like hotel, where everything is so well thought out- from the breakfast in a picnic basket, to Nespresso machine and Italian soaps and shampoo. Probably because it is a largely women-fronted establishment! Don’t miss the Rose hour in the cocktail lounge or check out the bar and restaurant on the premise. Best of all, it is dog-friendly and the one-time pet fee of $65 is reasonable.
The location was exceptional. Just a short walk to town. Clay was very personable and helpful. His breakfasts were not only delicious, but the presentation added to the flavor. We stayed in the Paris room and the jetted tub was such a pleasant surprise. If we ever visit Greenport again, we will definitely stay with Clay!
Only stayed one night as we stopped over in Greenport to catch ferry to the south of long island the next morning. The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms spacious and clean and a lovely pool and outside bar. A short walk into the harbour area led to some nice shops and restaurants
Breakfast was fine, would be nice to switch it up a bit so its not all the same each consecutive day.
Love the spot, the outdoor areas and bar. We stop here every time were in Greenport, although this is the first time we stayed overnight.
So well kept, with a wonderful hostess. Wall to wall books on the first floor give a sense of home. Really nice breakfasts. And Greenport is a happenin’ spot, very walkable with a ferry and good restaurants. We’ll be back.
Beautiful, atmospheric hotel. We had a beautiful shared balcony/backyard patio as well. Very kind and helpful staff. Altogether very stylish and comfy hotel with great central location at the historic Greenport center.
Check in staff and waitress at diner were great! Bungalow was beautiful; clean, tastefully decorated and good size. Grounds were nice (it snowed while we were in). Short drive into Greenport village.
Beautiful Spacious Apartment with classy immenities, stays True to Nautical Greenport. Our hosts were friendly and fun. Much closer to heart of Greenport than i thaught , easy walk to everything
The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The real plus was that it was very close to town. If you plane on spending your time in Greenport you don’t need you vehicle.
The location was great, even though the parking lot is tight it was nice to be able to park at the hotel. All of the little areas to sit inside of the hotel. We're very cute.
This hotel is really delightful. It’s modern, comfortable, roomy and stylish. The location is perfect. Staff is friendly. I will definitely stay here again.
