There were growing beer cans and a sex toy laying in the grass. The room stank of dog feces, TV didn’t work, I was locked out of my room, requiring me to get key reprogrammed, but otherwise a really great time.

My booking was canceled by econo lodge on February 29th.

My booking was canceled by econo lodge on February 29th. I called to inquire as to why it was canceled. I was told that it was canceled by Expedia. My rate was initially $379. I asked if the room was still available. The manager quoted me a price of $810 for 2 nights. I said never mind. I looked at my bank statement & on April 10, I was charged $367 by econo lodge. I called & spoke with the same manager & I was told that because I didn’t personally cancel the room 72 hours in advance, I was being charged full price. We went back & forth for a minute & he actually had the audacity to tell me that the dates I booked were a busy time for them due to the eclipse. I just want my money back These people are thieves
