The staff was very friendly, & HONEST. I left my wedding ring there & as soon as I called the front desk lady went to the room I was in & looked for it & found it! Also, the breakfast was amazing!

Great staff especially the gentleman that looks like he could be the late Richard Pryor's son. Very welcoming and accommodating. The coffee was good, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and spacious; even the television in the room worked exceptionally well and had great channels to choose from. There was plenty of parking as well. I was surprised at the additional amenities too. Overall, it was truly a wonderful experience and I highly recommend staying there if you are attending a Navy Bootcamp graduation at Great Lakes as it's very close in proximity. Oh, I failed to there are a couple of restaurants and Walgreens and a Boba shop walking distance from the hotel and that too is a plus.

Nothing the hotel was very dirty and had a terrible smell
Just off of I-94, this Holiday Inn hotel is located across from Gurnee Mills Outlet Mall and offers a 24-hour business center, complimentary shuttle service and free WiFi.
The location, staff was friendly and helpful, the room was nice and big, the pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was okay. They were quick to clear the snow from the parking lot. Overall it was a nice hotel and I would definitely stay again. I did list a few minor things I noticed while there below.
Only 15 min from six flags and a little more than an hour from downtown Chicago.
Hotel was clean, very comfortable and a great value for the money. Very nice staff. My only complaint would be that the shower pressure could be better. A- on the hotel.
Lots of space in the rooms! I liked the pergo/laminate floors, made things feel clean. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Staff kept refills coming and were friendly and helpful. Very good value for what hotels are running lately.
This is a fine lodge. The only problem is road access. While the Comfort Suites Grayslake is at the SW corner of the intersection of US 45 and IL 120, there is only access into the problem if you're traveling from west to east on IL 120.
Cleaniness, room size, bed comfort, breakfast, little interaction with staff but they seem really friendly. Hell even the tv is bigger than any other hotel ive stayed in. Wife and I plan on using this hotel everytime we visit the area
The cleanliness is my pet pieve.Customer service was great.If it wasn't, I would not be back.Ive booked at this hotel at least 5 times or more.My son lives a mile away. He's going thru health issues. I will back soon.
We specifically chose this hotel as it allowed dogs. The rooms were not carpeted, which was a bonus traveling with a puppy. Room was a decent size, bed was comfortable enough.
