The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. A great wake-up call if you have an early flight. The free shuttle to the airport and train station was great. The staff were also nice and helpful.

The floor in the bathroom wasn't clean. The shower, shower walls and curtain was dirty. We had three people in the room and there was only two towels. No towel mat. The breakfast was poor. The eggs were watery and cold and the breakfast potatoes were hard. And there was an unhappy employee that apparently had to come in on her day off and was talking on her phone with the speaker on loudly about how she hates her job. Over all I wouldn't recommend

My wife left behind some jewelry in our room and after calling the front desk the person went up to our room and retrieved the items and is going to mail them to our home. It was greatly appreciated and we would recommend this hotel to all.

Very nice, everything is conveniently located.Traffic was just somewhat bad.Ate at the Hip Hop fish and chicken and it was great.we loved the seasoning they put on the food and they give you enough portions for 2 people for the price of 1.Went to Ft Smallwood just 20 min away and saw the ocean and it was beautiful.

I enjoyed walking to Verizon for an extra charger for my iwatch. I love love the Starbucks being walking distance and their customer service. There's a Panera, Aldi Grocery Store, Mod Pizza, Chipotle, and Panda Express in 1 minute walking distance. So many choices to go for a quick bit and go. Awesome location. I would stay again.

I needed a special shampoo for my hair and Target was just down the street.
We were here for my husband's 55th. It was perfect distance to Medieval Times for celebration.
Don't waste your money eating next door at HipHop Chicken! It is flavorless!

Last weekend June 14 through June 16 I stayed at your hotel in Glenburnie Baltimore Maryland. I checked in at 8 PM and was sent to room 127. Once I got to the room I saw they had been dried up throw up on the side of the bed. I went down to the front desk and reported it asking them to please switch my room. I was switched to room 235. That room seem to have been clean But the air-conditioner did not work. For the entire weekend it was extremely uncomfortable and hot. Sunday morning I went down for breakfast and The bathroom and pool area was trashed. Dirty diapers in the bathroom stalls, toilet paper and cans of soda everywhere. I came down for vacation and this was not a pleasant experience for me. I was informed to reach out to corporate and let them know about my experience.

Breakfast is amazing one of the reasons when I stay at a hotel this is my go to forms family ,I love that they offer a free crib for the little one ,Staff is very helpful down t earth and professional, the pool has always been clean and well maintained ,rooms are clean ,modern ,safe . Price is fair . I have stayed her many times
In January our home flooded and it happened to be 4 days after my wife gave birth..my son basically came home from the hospital to those hotel and we were here for 3 weeks
Had a great experience staying at Maison’s apartment. Everything was close by. The room was really clean and neat. It smelled good thing whenever I walk-in. The host himself was always available and tended to any needs. 10/10 experience and I’ll definitely be booking again when next I’m in the vicinity.
the room was perfect for my stay. the owner was the nicest I’ve ever had and was there for me if I needed assistance. She went above and beyond customer service and made it truly feel like a home. I will be returning here if I need a place to stay in the area!
The hotel has one of the best lobbies I've ever seen; well decorated and modern. The bathrooms are great and the toiletries of high quality. Breakfast was good too. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The furniture is somewhat dated but thats OK.
It was nice for the time I spent there although I really didn't fully utilize the hotel services as I was there only to visit friends. It is in a good location to visit Baltimore sights and there is a variety of restaurants in close proximity.
great for a night over whilst passing through to our next destination on a big road trip. reception staff were very friendly. hotel was very clean and in very good condition. room was very comfortable and was as to be expected.
It would have been fine if it were not for the rat that we were apparently supposed to share the room with. We left in less than an hour after we arrived. Did not even turn the beds down.
Clean room, friendly staff, pet friendly (I felt bad because the housekeeper had a fear of dogs, and I didn't want her to feel uncomfortable around my "baby")
