I only stayed one day. Instead of withdrawing 103 dollars, they withdrew 177 from me for 103.95. They say 50 dollars deposit. However, they withdrew another $25. So they got 177 in total. I came as 103. They did not refund my deposit. They say same day, 3 days, 5 days later. Nothing like this can ever happen. I do not accept it. I don't recommend it to anyone. You are having trouble pricing this hotel. There is no manager and they say he will come in two days. I want to complain about this to the manager's headquarters.

My nice is handicapped and I realize they have problems sometimes getting to the bathroom. I was told it was only pee. The hotel I stated with her in only charged us 50.00 for extra cleanings. yours charged 200.

Our stay would have been perfect but the air conditioning was loud. We could not sleep. After turning off the unit in our room, we could still hear other conditioners running in the building. The continual noise spoiled our stay!

The hotel staff was excellent. They greeted us each time we walked through the door. The bathrooms were very big.
Galt was very quaint. We enjoyed driving around and checking out some of their shopping areas. Every place we went, people were genuinely friendly and eager to assist with whatever our wants or needs were. We did not get an opportunity to experience dining in any of the restaurants, however, we will be returning in a couple of weeks so, we will update the review, at that time.

This is a solid 3.5 star hotel. Great staff. Great rooms. Very clean. I think this hotel is a great value and I would absolutely stay here again. Only downside, the elevator broke the morning of our departure. Trying to get our luggage and full coolers down the stairs was a chore. But it happens.
We appreciated the provision of breakfast items despite not being able to provide the regular breakfast choices hoping for. Pandemic prohibited that however, hotel providing what was offered, was very much appreciated. Staff serving the food was very pleasant and friendly. Very comfortable beds.
Breakfast was the best I have had at any Comfort Inn and Suites. The food was good, well stocked, hot, and fresh. Tables were clean and the lady working breakfast was very attentive to our needs.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating and the hotel was clean, quiet, and safe. I loved that the hotel was close to a grocery store so that we could get food and drinks for our stay.
The room i got was very clean. Everything looked up to date. I loved the fact i could connect my phone to the TV usually hotels don't allow that. But would definetly recommend.
