Perfect for a stop on our travel. Easy access from the highway, yet in a calm area at night, many restaurants and a small market are around the corner, the rooms were clean and well maintained. Breafast and parking included. Plus it's close to the charming town of Frederick. It was everything we needed. This is our go to place now when we travel back and from Canada.

We were at the same hotel several years ago and had a decent/good experience so we revisited. However...the bed was so awful that we abandoned our anniversary weekend plans to leave at 1:30 am and drive the 90 minutes back home in rain.
The staff was polite and generally helpful. They were very nearly full so I didn't push to get another room. My wife is wheelchair bound so it's no small effort for me to get everything picked up and resettled into another room - I was awake enough to simply drive home.
Our special request to have extra pillows if the bed was non-adjustable was missed and I was a little surprised that it wasn't easy for them to find 3 extra (thin) pillows. IF there's a next time, we're bringing all of the pillows we might need, with zero apologies for doing so.

I was there for a specific event.
I was there for a specific event. The friends I was visiting love Frederick and have no intention of ever leaving. That’s a good recommendation. Parking in the historic district was….interesting, but I managed. Same thing where I live, actually. Dinner for 11 people worked just fine at Il Porto. Good food, too! Will be there end of January for another event at the new Union Mills Public House. Looking forward to it.

We only stayed one night as we were just driving thru to our final destination. It's under construction so the pool was not open. Mini golf was but only one golf ball was found by a staff member. Construction began at 7AM so if you want to sleep beyond that...don't book it till after Sept. Hot food was bad...egg powder mix (not true eggs) rubbery pancakes, bad yogurt, milk brand was not good. (children said) The cost was very good at $79. for a double queen room. ($84. with tax). When we complained about the construction noise at 7:07, staff member stopped till 8AM.

Frederick is delightful.
Frederick is delightful.
This is a comment to a review about the curtains. You have to look for the sticks inside the sheer curtains to close the room darkening drapes which is also necessary for privacy if you are on the ground floor.

Fredrick's is SO cute.
Fredrick's is SO cute. Super colonial with wide, flower-covered streets, and an active night-life. Fredricks is a college-town and feels like it, but also has quiet areas. I ate at Brewers Alley and White Rabbit Gastropub, both were very good. It was also easy to get a hotel room there.

Would stay here again.
Would stay here again. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was very good, Breakfast was fruit, juice, coffee and breakfast bars. The waffle house is attached where you can get a full breakfast. Beds were newer and many pillows on the bed. It is a very good choice.
No breakfast offer at motel, I was looking forward to be using their pool but according to other guest there pool had been closed for almost three year???!!! Staff not all of them customer service not pleasant. Hotel key card didn’t work at all, I had to continue to go to front desk but still key card hardly work. Saw a huge rat near my room area. Buy besides all of that it wasn’t so bad. Just please fix pool.
We were in town for a wedding. The hotel was clean except it smelled a little smoky in the halls at times. The morning breakfast was well stocked with a variety of selections. The pillows in the room were a little scant and when we turned on the heat it smelled like burning. Overall, the room served its purpose and it was the best value of all the hotels in the area.
The breakfast wa good with a lot of choices but it end at 9am during the week. It's early. The pool was vers Nice. The bed was vers comfy but the pillow was too soft. The room is big With everything that we need. The Wi-Fi could be better. It's à quiet place With à lot of restaurants around. And what about the staff. They were very appreciated and kindness.
The hotel is under going a physical and format renovation. I take it that besides the restaurants and other areas the rooms will be also updated. However, the room was clean and had all the commodities expected. The place is clean and safe. The staff helpful and polite.
A clean, comfortable, reliable place in Frederick. Pleasant staff, and quiet rooms. Easy access and parking. I walked from the train station (!) - 30min maybe through a suburb - doable if you don't mind a stroll and want to visit by train.
The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The front desk was efficient and friendly. The room was relatively quiet. We felt the hotel was a good value. The device charger was helpeful.
There was adequate room in the room for getting work done. Bathroom fan was effective at removing moisture, and room temps were good. Appreciated that all pillows were non-feather!
My family from Tennessee enjoyed their stay conveniently located in downtown Frederick. The place is cute and has lots of character. Loved the snacks and comforting vibe.
