The room and the bathroom were clean.
It was really quiet, you couldn't really hear anything from the other rooms or from the corridor.
The bed was okay to sleep in.
Everything about this stay was great. Breakfast was as good as any national restaurant chain buffet bar and was kept well stocked. Room was very clean and spacious. All personnel were very courteous and helpful. Will definitely be back.

I like the local restaurants like The Brickyard and Sol Azteca II,food and service is great, as well as The Kenny Perry Golf coarse,where we have traveled to many times and are always treated kindly and like members, we have been loyal to the Holiday Inn Express for 8 years , that loyalty is being tested, the breakfast is way above average, the location is good, but there are issues with staff and apparently ownership that make me feel taken for granted.

Cute little town.
Cute little town. I wish we could’ve stayed an extra day or two! We want to go back for more bingo and we would like to make a visit to the Amish the next time we are there. Close enough to Bowling Green, but far away enough form the traffic and hustle and bustle.
The room was clean and comfortable and several restaurants close by. I felt safe as a solo traveler. The staff was wonderful!! Thanks to Julie for helping me with my reservation to reserve a second night even though it was a busy holiday weekend. The price was also very reasonable and hotel is within about 30-35 minutes from Nashville, TN
Everything. check-in was a breeze. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The property was a little old but was very clean and in excellent repair. Located on I-65 20 minutes from Bowling Green and 30 minutes from Nashville if you want easy access to a bigger city. Price is the best in the area.
Yes i made a mistake when making this reservation. Iwas trying to make our reservation for Jan 2 depart on Jan 3 2024.
Please do not charge me for this mistake. I am in Michigan and there was no way I could be in Franklin Ky on the same day if you note the time reservation made. Please help. Thank you
I travelAll over the country I stay at very different roof locations and the stuff on this particular location in Franklin Kentucky people were terrible they don’t have customer service skills they are very rude they’re mean and rude thank you
It is a clean but older hotel in a decent location. the kids enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again but wouldn't go out of my way to. The WIFI worked and the TV had plenty of channels . Nothing to truly complain about.
We will definitely stay here again ! Very very friendly and helpful staff. They were so polite and pleasant. Even as late as we checked in. Also a very clean and well taken care of hotel. Would highly recommend !
Breakfest was good but Very Little safety Procautions were taken with the food. Other Hotels we stayed at had a person dishing you the food at the self serve so that not every one was tutching every thing
