I started to For an event that I had that evening. The cord went on fire almost burnt my head as well as the curtains I reported it to the front desk. And all the young man told me was he would change Didn't act as I okay of the safety of me. So I had to pick all my things up. Which I had laid out already and prepared myself to stay overnight in this room to transfer to another room While running late to my event , because all of this took place at the wrong time. I will never stay back at this location. No one asks. Would you like for an extra nigth Or I can give you your money back. Nothing was said.
These people is not of their word. I had several complaints of my stay and none of them was acknowledged to my satisfaction. I was told by 3 staff the situation would be handled and it wasn’t. I was also told on check out day my bill would be adjusted and it wasn’t, I even emailed Judy the sales manager afterwards about my adjustment and she did not respond and now it’s 4 days later. It’s one thing I hate is a liar and a person that doesn’t stay to their words. I will be moving forward to get this handled as it should have been.
She wants to remove my previous review, but doesn’t want to correct the issue. Very unprofessional staff!! I would advise you to thoroughly check every aspect of your room.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times and every time has been a pleasure. The Staff are always friendly and the property is always clean. The rooms have never been disappointing. The short distance to the train to do the touristy things are always a plus. Would recommend this Hotel.

It’s a clean hotel with friendly staff. They were very nice. The Indian restaurant attached was SUPERB! The only complaint which is a huge one is that we slept on a boulder with blankets. My fiancé couldn’t sleep and I was too drunk to care until I woke up at 5 am and couldn’t fall back asleep.

Check-in was very easy. The employees were pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel is close to the areas we were visiting and there was ample parking. The continental breakfast was sufficient and the man who managed this area was so cheerful and clearly took pride in his work.
The beds in the room were very comfortable. I also liked that the staff was so friendly and accommodating even after I mentioned several issues with my room. I also liked that even though the hotel wasn't in the greatest looking area, the hotel itself was beautiful.
Everything the staff the room was beautiful and clean and the Breakfast was so good also when we checked out my daughter lost her phone and the Amazing housekeeper and hotel staff retrieved it and called me right away I love this place

Nice location to Sesame Street Place (easy 30 min drive) and much more affordable than other hotels we looked at. We had the deluxe queen room and it was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids!
